The basic functionality was fine in the early days.
However, they just don't stack up to the competition anymore, as they charge high, obscure fees like i) a high percentage of your account fee, 2) a high per-trade fee, and 3) a high fund withdrawal fee. This disincentives trading and overall, makes the platform quite unattractive for small to mid sized investors.
