Amazing service, I needed a product delivered urgently. I called the office and a lady went out of her way to expedite my delivery and personally ensured it made the delivery that day and next day delivery at no extra charge.

We're delighted with the purchase and service (and product). Ordered on a Sunday, instant automated confirmations (of payment and oforder), personalised confirmation of despatch on Monday and delivered on Thursday (was due on the Wednesday but delivery firm failed to do so - but Richard was really responsive by email/phone in chasing it up and it was delivered 08.00 on the Thursday).
The product is every bit as good (and genuine !) as we had hoped - and for almost half the price we could have paid elsewhere ! Highly recommended ! Thanks Richard !
