I have been requesting my refund on my Co-Op and CPA for many years, but no resolution. Customer Support has been promising many, many times. I still don't get my refunds. It came to the point that Fourpercent is no longer responding to my requests. I will file the lawsuit if I don't get my refund.
Promised Refund Never Received - Support Ignore Emails - Charged Yesterday Despite Cancellation of Subscription Last Year Which Was Acknowledged
I rarely give any reviews on products I use and certainly not 1-star, so the fact I am submitting this is significant.
I joined Four Percent on 19 Mar 2024. I thought my fee of US$1,500 was a one-off but I was charged again on 19 Mar 2025. To be fair, on checking my original receipt, it did state the charge was an annual subscription, but I was not expecting an annual charge and didn't wish to continue on the program so I emailed Four Percent both to request a refund and to cancel my subscription.
I received a prompt reply confirming the recurring charge had been cancelled and providing a link to apply for my refund which they said I would receive within 5-7 business days.
I completed the form but have never received my refund. I have since emailed Four Percent another 4 times but received no response.
This morning (19 Mar 2026) I discovered they have charged me again for the subscription despite confirming last year they had cancelled it. I have spoken to my bank to cancel the charge and have emailed Four Percent again to confirm I have cancelled my subscription; to instruct them not to make any further charges to my card; and to again request the refund they agreed to last year.
I will also be filing a formal complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.
Finally, I caution you regarding the large number of 5- and 4-star reviews on the Four Percent page of Trust Pilot: during the induction webinars and initial modules for the course, customers are urged to come to TrustPilot and leave a 5-star review immediately, before they have any real experience in dealing with the company and the course.
If you read the comments carefully, the vast majority of them are clearly from people who have just completed the webinar and are about to start going through the course and system - they're not from people who have made any money from it!
My recommendation is therefore that you stay clear of this company or anything to do with Vick Strizhuis - do your due diligence and don't get caught up in the hype.
Refund Approved but Not Paid After Multiple Pivots and Undelivered Services
⁹My original entry into FourPercent / Internet Traffic Academy eventually moved into the Estage platform. Over roughly three years the primary offer has pivoted several times (ABS → ABS2.0 → Project 1000 → Mission 1000) and no finalized product or funnel has been available for affiliates to promote.
During that time I purchased multiple Traffic Co-Op packages totaling $4,525 which were never delivered. On January 16, 2026 the refund was officially approved by Estage support and payout information was submitted immediately. As of January 23 it has not been paid.
Replies have been the same “ASAP / accounting is on it” pattern with no timeline or execution. Members in the official community have openly reported similar issues going back years — including co-ops not delivered, refunds approved but not paid, and repeated delays regarding launches and monetization.
Posting here for transparency so expectations are clear. I will update the review when the refund is completed.
UPDATE (Jan 26, 2026):
The Traffic Co-Op products originally sold under this ecosystem were approved for refund by ESTAGE on Jan 15, 2026 ($4,525 USD). Despite providing all details, the refund has not been processed as of today (11 days later). No processing confirmation or timeframe has been given. Further updates will be added to document resolution.
Proof: Invoices + banking statements + support correspondence available.
Refund approved Jan 15, still unpaid as of Jan 29.
Update Jan 30: Refund approved Jan 15 was paid after escalation.
TitlDisappointing Experience That Led Me to File Formal Complaintse
Title: Locked Out of My Account, No Refunds, and Forced to Seek Legal Remedies
My experience with Vick Strizheus, FourPercent, and Estage has been overwhelmingly negative and deeply concerning.
After purchasing multiple products, including resell licenses and high-ticket upsells, I requested a refund when it became clear that the promises being marketed did not match my experience or what was actually delivered. My refund request was refused. Shortly after that, FourPercent locked me out of my account, cutting off access to products I had already paid for.
As of today, I am still owed money for purchases that were never refunded. I consider being locked out of a paid account after refusing a refund to be completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
Because my attempts to resolve this directly went nowhere, I filed a formal complaint with the District Attorney’s office in South Dakota regarding what I believe are questionable business practices based on my personal experience. The DA’s office advised me to pursue small claims court in order to recover my losses. I am also considering filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) if this matter is not resolved.
This is not something I wanted to do, but I felt I had no other option after being ignored, denied refunds, and locked out of my account. In my opinion, there is a serious lack of transparency, accountability, and ethical customer treatment within these programs.
This review reflects my personal experience only, but I strongly urge anyone considering FourPercent, eStage, or any program associated with Vick Strizheus to proceed with extreme caution, document everything, and fully understand the refund policies before spending any money.
I regret my involvement and would not recommend these programs based on my experience.

I paid £395 for a service I did not
I paid £395 for a service, but shortly afterwards my father passed away, and I became involved in ongoing court proceedings initiated by my ex-partner. Due to these circumstances, I was unable to take up the service. When I later contacted their support emails address to request a refund, I received no response.
This lack of communication is extremely disappointing — if this were a legitimate and trustworthy company, they would be responsive and accessible to their customers. It feels like a complete con. Valerie Pearce, UK. This is an offer for them to redeem themselves by contacting me.
FourPercent/Estage Business
I have been with FourPercent/Estage since the middle of 2024, and I am very pleased with the program and products. I am not Tech savvy, but I finished build my website, with the helps of Estage support. Since 2024, I have seen a big growth in this business that Vick Strizheus has built, and many positive changes for the Estage Community. My confidence has gown through the time I joined, and Vick Has made sure that we have a Highly sophisticated and safe business! Thank You Vick!
Illegal Access of Funds
Here is my dilemma , I canceled my account back in Aug of 2024 as it was getting too expensive for me. At that time I told Four percent (Anthony) that I knew there were recurring charges (VIP Membership) and I wanted confirmation that they would be canceled as I closed out my account.
I received confirmation from For percent cancelling my recurring charge: see below:

Hello, Lawrence Franchi.
Thank you for contacting Four Percent Support.
I cancelled your SVIP recurring, you would need to contact Estage support to cancel the recurring on their end/
However I was illegally charged $2997 in March of 2025 for a recurring charge I had cancelled and received confirmation of the cancellation!
I have contacted Four Percent numerous times. I called For Percent numerous times requesting they return my call, all with absolutely NO RESPONSE!!!! WHY???
Please provide a refund for the money you illegally accessed. My account had been closed since Aug of 2024. You had no legal authorization to access this transaction.
I've disputed the case with my bank. I don't understand your position. Obviously you are trying to keep my money by ignoring all my requests.
This is truly a negative reflection on your company. I can see I made the correct choice in terminating my relationship with this unethical and immoral company.
Please respond and do the right thing and refund my money

Initial stages are good for mindset and learning. As he leads you smiling like the pied piper to where without warning you have to start paying for the packages which is expected but then ESTAGE wants paying as well. So before you pay a minimal fee to join after doing all the initial steps you will need Deep Pockets to continue. Don’t engage with this course unless you’re working and have like £5000 to start.
Vick and the team are outstanding!
Vick and the team are all outstanding and they will run through a wall to help. You need to have the right mindset though - as anything that has high value, it takes effort, but there's huge reward that comes with that!

I bought this when if first came out still have access and it's even better than the first version. I'm happy with what I paid for when it comes to the Academy.

Vick Strizheus ABS Four Percent
Vick Strizheus does not honor his 30 day Guarantee!
On the evening of Aug 8th I emailed support @FourPercent stating that I wanted to cancel my membership and to receive a refund of my $497 purchase for the ABS program. I was well within the 30 day Guaranteed refund period.
I was shortly sent an email stating I had to fill out a Refund request form and the link was provided.
I immediately went to the form. It started out pleasantly enough asking if I had thought this through and did I realize what I would be giving up, and that I should reconsidered this decision.
However the tone of the form then turned nasty stating, That should I continue with my request for a refund, I would be designated as "A Serial Refunder". In addition I would be barred from ever purchasing any of Vick Strizheus' programs in the future. This is the 30 day money back guarantee that he speaks about on all the Webinars.
It then stated that upon submitting the refund request, it would be 5-7 business days to get the refund depending on my bank.
I immediately signed and submitted the form. I also replied to the customer service rep. stating that I had signed and submitted the form. I received no acknowledgement or confirmation from them.
The following day Aug 9th, I sent another email to support wanting to know if my request had been received as it had not been acknowledged.
I received a response from a different CSR stating my request was being processed and I would not receive any notification until that had been completed. This was on day 1 of the 5-7 business days.
As of Aug 19th I still had had no communications from FourPercent regarding my request. I sent another email to support asking where my refund was? I received and auto generated response stating "Your request (315216) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff."
Apparently Vick Strizheus does not honor his 30 day Guarantee. I still have not had any response from Support, I still have not received my refund.

It's been 3monhts now and still waiting on my refund. First they tell me 7days, then it's gonna be there after 4th of July, then it's was it was refunded check with my bank it's on their end and then they say it's pending, how do we start a class action lawsuit against Vick and FourPercent.
Interesting there are so many negative…
Thank you Four percent for refunding my $840 for the Affiliate business system
Vick Strizheus doesn't deliver on his promises!
First off, Vick Strizheus offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
On 07/12/24 I bought his 3 courses $497, $1,000 and $1,500 for a total of $2,997.
On 07/29/24 I decided I didn't want to pursue this so I asked for a refund.
This is what he will tell you if you want a refund:
"If you still insist on refunding, of course, we'll process your request promptly... but our system will also automatically put you on a 'suspension list' and you may never be able to buy this or other products from FourPercent again in the future."
Vick, is this a threat or what?
I ended up requesting a full refund on all 3 courses on 07/29/24, after I did that, the system told me:
We will process your refund request right away. It may take up to 5-7 business days for you to see this credit back in your account.
And guess what? Today is 08/11/24 after 9 business days and no refund pending or anything on my credit card. This is what he calls "we'll process your request promptly", and "We will process your refund request right away." Not so! Since tomorrow is 1 month since I bought the stuff, I immediately filed a Dispute today on all 3 purchases with my credit card demanding a 100% refund on everything I bought from him, and told them what happened. This man is an excellent salesman, but based on my experience is NOT to be trusted. What a shame that there are people in this world like Vick Strizheus that cannot be trusted!

Vick Strizheus, it’s a scam. He gives off a total trustworthy and honest vibe. But he isn’t straight and honest. People who are clueless like me, about affiliate marketing and hub building, fall right into his golden promises of making money within a week. He just doesn’t mention that NO ONE will see your hub unless you do heavy marketing and spend a TON of money on ads. And that is AFTER paying him a few thousand dollars thru your teeth hoping to get rich tomorrow and pay it off quickly! He is a total scam! He promises money back guarantee, but ignores your emails when you ask for it. He is not honest and does not deliver on his promises.
Feel company isn't very transparent in his offer.
Attended online webinair. Paid my fee after the promise of 7 days guarantee (it didn't take 7 days). Promised full package for $497, it wasn't. Module 3 links were old/out of date so didn't work. Should have got about 12 managed about 3. Got to module 4 and can't go any further unless I spend another $1,000. Rest of course was locked. I so wanted this to work and feel so let down. Asked for a refund and I'm still waiting.
I am owed money from 4% and they have not paid me
I am old money from 4% and they have not paid me my money and they have not got back to me with my emails so I do not trust 4% and I do not believe what they say about making money from their website until they give me back my thousand dollars which I spent on their products they are not a good company and I would not join them they take your money and they will not give you back the money that you have paid for their products if you are not a satisfied customer high school
Affiliate Business Systems refund policy is terrible!
The system itself seems okay. But trying to get a refund is hell....After the initial communication there is no more communication after that. They seem to really have an issue refunding....I have been waiting for almost 4 weeks to receive a full refund after being told I would receive it within 5 to 7 days. My initial purchase was $497 a couple of more offers were presented one offer is $1,000 and another is $1,500. I purchased both. So my total purchases were 497 + 1,000 + 1,500. Now my emails go unanswered. It is extremely alarming that this is going on.
Vick is inspirational, but not trustworthy
Vick is inspirational and a great salesman/speaker. I went through his 7 Steps to Freedom and learned a lot. Much of which I plan to use in the future. I can see the strategy he's using and it looks like a sound money maker. HOWEVER, as usual, this was a "buy now at the ridiculously low price of $495" for over $95,000 worth of value pitch. If he had delivered on his promise to get us set up and running in 7 days, I would have been happy with my $495 purchase, but I wasn't able to finish the ABS course. You see, about halfway through the ABS course (Module 5 to be exact) you are faced with a "Pay an extra $1000" or "You're journey ends here" choice. You literally cannot continue without coughing up an extra $1000. This was not mentioned anywhere in the original sales pitch. There were hints that at the end one could "upgrade" to be able to get 100% of the commissions on sales of Vick's products, but I never got that far along to be able to speak to what became of it. That, I could have accepted. To me, the extra $1000 halfway through was tantamount to extortion since we were now many hours of watching videos and editing websites and not wanting to lose our original investment of time and money. I have requested a refund well within the 7 days of the program purchase.
19 days ago I requested a refund…
19 days ago I requested a refund for the ABS System ($497), the Integrated Product Suite ($1,000) and the Super VIP Ecosystem ($1,500). I was told that my refund was being processed and to allow 5-7 business days for it to show in my account. After 11 days (7 business days) passed, I sent an email again asking why I haven't seen my refund yet. I was then told it was being forwarded to upper management to have it checked and they would get back to me as soon as they could. Hours later I received an email stating that it "looks like the refund process has been started" and to "please allow our team to fully process it which might take up to 48 business hours". Also "should you have any other questions don't hesitate to contact us." 7 days after this last email, I contacted them again only to receive the same exact automated response that it "looks like the refund process has been started." Replied asking why I received the exact word for word response and heard nothing back. I have waited almost 3 weeks and still haven't received my full refund.
