Noi - worked relentlessly to worked up meetings, route planning and interpret meetings. She went all out of way to save our travel money and time.

Ayumi-San translated our visit to see my grandmother in her nursing home. This was my children’s first visit with their great grandmother. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and professionalism towards my family. We traveled a long way to see my grandmother and for my children to learn more about their heritage. My grandmother passed last night and I just feel so fortunate to have seen her one last time on Earth. Ayumi-San was the reason our visit went so smoothly.

With David, I had the opportunity to travel in China to different cities. He was a great companion and did a fantastic job as an interpreter with the suppliers we visited.
He always had an excellent attitude and even helped me to solve problems and made it very easy to move along the different places I had appointments.
David has a very good knowledge in some technical areas involving auto parts.
I definitely recommend to work with him.

Booked online through the platform with Barbara for help with interpreting a meeting with some contractors to get quotes for a property that I own. Barbara was so helpful and professional and generally lovely to speak to. I'll absolutely be using her again if I need any more interpreting services!

The other day I agreed to hire an interpreter in London and paid for the service (€570). The service never took place because the interpreter cancelled it, and they haven't responded to me, refunded my money, or even accepted it! Scammers!

I am (was) registered on Interpreters.travel as an interpreter, and this is the second time in just a few weeks that they have accepted a customer’s assignment request without my confirmation or approval.

They then share the customer’s details, while collecting payment from the customer without sharing it with me. After that, they remove my profile from the platform.

The customer involved was also very disappointed and upset, as they are now trying to obtain a refund. If this has happened to me, it is likely happening to other interpreters and customers as well.

In my opinion, this is not a fair or professional way to conduct business and raises serious concerns.

They have not responded to any of my emails (I clearly stated from the beginning that I never accepted the assignment), and once again, my profile has been removed.

Our interpreter was absolutely perfect. She accompanied us to the registry office for our wedding and made everything smooth and stress-free.

She was professional, kind, and translated everything clearly. We felt very well supported and can highly recommend her.
