I paid for an order in June 2024 and it never been delivered to us
I paid for an order in July 2024. It was delivered to the wrong address and have proved this beyond doubt. They are refusing to re-send the order or reimburse for the lost goods that were delivered to the wrong address. Dreadful customer service would definitely not recommend using this company.

I ordered the equipment Tuesday; seeing you promised 1-2days shipping I expected to gift it as a birthday present on Friday. Unfortunately I didn’t even receive it the same week, but 1-1.5weeks after.. Don’t promise something you can’t deliver.. and don’t make us pay for shipment which is late anyway.

Scam!
Scam!! Never received the product, never received a refund. I wrote multiple times to costumer care, but they replied nonsense and stopped replied when i asked for refund.
