I have two outdoor car shields and have been very impressed with them. Moreover the customer service I received was exemplary. From an initial chat with Filippo before buying my first one to after sales care it has really be a pleasure dealing with this company. I would highly recommend!

I have a car shield and ultimate car shield , both excellent quality and over 5 years old , they have survived storms and extreme weather , and kept my cars dry and in top condition , I was given good advice to get a rubber sheet when I first got them and I am sure that has extended their life beyond my expectations , ordering another one now !

I am extremely disappointed with the “In The Garage” Car Shield. In my experience, this product is not fit for purpose, particularly during a rainy, wet winter season.
The built-in fans were unable to cope with winter humidity, resulting in significant condensation and moisture buildup inside the Car Shield. Instead of protecting my vehicle, this created a damp environment that left my classic Porsche covered in condensation and moisture — the exact conditions that promote rust and corrosion.
When I contacted Filippo from “In The Garage” to report the issue, I was advised to buy a dehumidifier, as the Car Shield’s fans struggle to clear 100% of condensation during winter conditions. This advice effectively confirms that the product cannot perform as advertised on its own.
I explicitly purchased this Car Shield to protect my car from rust during the winter season. If the product is only suitable for dry, sunny climates, then customers should be clearly informed before purchase. Being told to buy additional equipment to compensate for a fundamental design limitation strongly suggests that the Car Shield is not fit for purpose and should not be sold as a standalone winter protection solution.
I would not recommend this product to anyone storing a vehicle in a damp or winter climate, especially owners of classic or high-value cars.

First of all the next generation garage I have is working great very sturdy solid and super easy to install and maneuver to the location you want it.

Second the owner Filippo was super accessible for questions throughout the purchasing decision.

Good service, fast delivery

Pricing was extra competitive. Communication was excellent. A few of the minor components failed within two years and Filippo did not hesitate in sending replacement fans and power supply. His products are excellent and I wish every vendor was a trustworthy of Filipino and his company. E mails are answered within a day. Issues, however seldom are quickly responded to. I purchased two of his products and will be buying more. Really can’t say enough about the items I bought or the customer service. 20 stars

Hoping it will last for years

This review is long overdue. I purchased my Ultimate Outdoor Car Shield in September 2023, and after using it for over two years, I can confidently say it has exceeded every expectation. I outgrew my home’s garage space and needed a reliable solution to keep my classic car safe from weather, rodents, and the critters we get in the suburbs of Los Angeles, California. With temperatures ranging from freezing winter nights to over 45 degrees Celsius in the summer, I needed something durable, protective, and dependable. This product delivers all of that and more.

The Outdoor Car Shield has been a game-changer; it essentially serves as an additional garage for my classic car. The build quality is top-notch, the setup was incredibly easy, and after two years, it’s still in fantastic condition with zero issues. The built-in fans are extremely quiet and do an amazing job circulating air to keep the interior dry and protected.
