I would strongly advise anyone to avoid ordering from this company. If you dare to open up your package, forget about returning it. I bought a dog carrier and it was not what I was expecting. I payed for a return with the labels and packaging all in the box, and they refused to give me my refund. You are simply better of ordering elsewhere. Good luck !

Hi Charles, we received two items returned from you, one of which was in unused condition and refunded the same day, the other had its tags torn off and outer packaging missing therefore we unfortunately had to refuse and ship this item back to you the same day.
We're sorry to hear you feel this way, however we did clearly state in our email to you before you made your return that we cannot issue a refund once tags have been torn, broken or removed and this is also noted in our returns policy.
