This review relates to an INTIGNIS paella / large frying pan. Whilst the pan is nicely non-stick and can be cleaned easily thanks to the 'Hexclad' style cooking surface, the base is too thin. It has bowed in the middle so the pan spins around when cooking, and most seriously it has little heat transfer so the base of the pan is only warm at the side, whilst the centre is sizzling hot. It's Ok for cooking things that need stirring, but next to hopeless for frying. Dissapointing but I have has the pan for a while so maybe Intignis has since improved it.

Purchased the (30cm wok) product from an Amazon webstore carrying the name of the manufacturer, Intignis. Hence it was a complete surprised that the product I received did not match any of the product images with which the product was advertised on the store. To be specific, the images showed a wok with a handle but without an opposite site "knob" (to hold). Yet, the product received was with the knob (which was a specific requirement that I wanted to avoid.) So, the mail criteria I was given to must meet (to ensure the new pan fits the oven), is not met.

Amazing pans and amazing customer service!

We’ve had a 28 cm plan for a few years and use it daily, just bought another as we are batch cooking.

Accidentally burnt the pan seal a couple of years ago and the customer service were excellent.

I purchased the 28cm deep frying pan with lid. This purchased on the 20th December 2020It was only used for when batch cooking, so not very often. It was always washed by hand and dried before putting away. Last November the base of the pan showed signs of blistering and in several places the coating had come off. I contacted Intignis customer services together with photographs and was eventually told that the pan had been left wet! I admit I do leave cooked mincemeat in a frying pan until the next day if I am using it for a different dish, but I have always done this and never had a problem with any other pans. Very disappointed as these pans are not cheap.

Amazing pan, purchased this for my induction, arrived very well packed. Very happy indeed exactly what I wanted extra deep, anti scratch. Highly recommended

we bought the 30cm Wok with lid , It has a steel handle and steel Knob, so the wok can go into the oven if needed for a specific time see details on website before purchasing , I also use the wok as a frying pan but frying pans are also available on their website,the cost was 70% below Hexclad considering Intignis use the same Technology.
All Intignis’s products are niche, so have a look on their website ,Very Robust Product. I honestly did not know what to expect before it arrived, but Iam well chuffed.
Congratulations Intignis keep up the good work. Quality, Customer Focus,Market Awareness spring to mind.

I bought a wok and lid from Amazon of this company.
Great description and excellent ratings. Although is not the cheapest range we thought to give it a go and try to check the product and the quality.
The packing was excellent, the product and the description were matching the advertisement.
When we tried, excellent. You can cook as the advert says, no oil needed and it is 100% anti scratch and anti stick surface.

After washing for first time and, I have to say, fully our fault, the wok fell from the sink and the handle got broken.

Here it comes the biggest surprise and the excellent customers’ service that we had experienced from of company.!!!

I wrote an email to Intignis.co.uk at 20:30h letting them now about the accident and asking them how to get a spare handle for this type of wok. Next day at 06:30 in the morning I got a reply from them asking for the type of wok and model or a picture of it.
I sent this to them and within the same day, a second email from them asking for a full address where to send for the handle.

Thank you very much to Sophia. This type of customer service are an exception on now days.

You have made us to believe in a product for something else that the quality by itself which it is second to none but also for the persons behind it.
