Faulty Bra Purchased In-Store
I bought a bra from your London Kensington store, but when I got home, I found that it only has one shoulder strap on the bag attached to the bra; the other is missing. I am in another city where there isn’t an Intimissimi store, and I won’t be able to visit the London store in 30 days. The customer service via online chat said they cannot do anything and that I have to go to the store. Why should I have to travel to London again for this issue that is not my fault? I would have to pay the price of the item—or more—just to visit the store. I also sent an email, but have not received a response.

I wish I could give ZERO stars to this company! I visited their Nicosia Mall (in Cyprus) store and purchased a PJ set (regular price) during a few minutes before closing. The sales clerk assured me that if the item does not fit I can return it. Well it did not fit well so I revisited the store to purchase a different item which ended up being cheaper. The sales clerk proceeded to tell me that I needed to spend another €30 to cover my original purchase AND that there are “NO RETURNS!” I asked where is such policy being announced and she directed me to their CLEARLY written policy on returns which IS HONOURED for whatever reason an item is not satisfactory. Followed by another line about exchange. She refused my return (which I requested to avoid the additional purchase cost) and then she called her brand manager that reiterated their nonsensical policy albeit THE CLEAR ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT RETURNS!!!!!! They were rude and uncooperative! I forgot how they HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY WHICH THEY NEVER HONOUR! Im reporting them to Consumer Rights! Plus they steal designs from Victoria Secret and have VERY POOR QUALITY FABRIC & FIT!!!!

Obviously margin matters more than customer experience for intimissimi these days. I still have some 5+ year old knickers that are just wearing out, but everything that I've tried to replace them with has been dreadful. Seamless knickers are glued together, without stitching, so they fall apart in a couple of weeks. On other styles the fabric is so thin it stretches out and develops holes after a few wears. And they don't even look that good anymore. What a shame.

Paying for express shipping is useless as the indicated date is only an estimate even if they don’t indicate this on their order page. They still ship out late. Fedex follows the 2 day guideline, but no accountability for late ship out from Intimissimi. Customer service is unhelpful. I’ve messaged even before shipping out to express concern regarding meeting the timeline, as they still haven’t shipped out. I was basically just told that the date indicated in the page isn’t actually true.

I placed an order with Intimissimi for several items, including a silk slip dress that I urgently needed for my wedding photoshoot just 10 days away. When my package arrived, the slip dress and one pair of underwear were missing, with no visible damage to the parcel.
I tried contacting customer service multiple times by phone, but every number I called was either out of service or redirected to another invalid number. Eventually, I had to rely on email, where the explanation I received was unclear and they said they couldn’t resend the missing items.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful during such an important time. I have never encountered such poor customer service or fulfillment issues before, and given this, I will not be shopping with Intimissimi again.
I hope they take serious steps to improve their communication and order handling.
Terrible customer service in requesting refund
Terrible customer service at westfield stratford intimissi. I entered the store requesting a refund in a bra. I was told I could not get this refund even though i only bought it 2 days ago. They said the bra was " damaged" due to some material coming off however this was not done by myself. Customer service was absolutely terrible as i was repeatedly and constantly interrogated by staff as to why I wanted the refund which seemed very suspicious. Reading from reviews, others have also expressed bad experiences with intimissimi. Never will buy from intimissimi again!
Stay away!
I bought a padded bra and a lace bralette from them. Both were washed carefully, and after the first wash, they started to smell toxic. The lace on the bralette is very poor quality—it came apart on one side and got fuzzy after just four wears. The quality is awful! The bra still smells terrible—I couldn’t possibly wear it with that stench. Extremely disappointed with all the hype around this brand! H&M lingerie is far superior!
Stay away if you do not want to be robbed, they are not what they used to be!
Not Surprised – Worst Customer Experience Ever
Not surprised they have some of the worst reviews, right alongside Calzedonia. They are a nightmare. We've been shopping from them for over 20 years, and their "customer service" is absolutely disgraceful: rude, incompetent, and unresponsive. They block your emails and, frankly, steal from you.
Calzedonia has stolen from me three times — I never received my money back and never got a response. (we had to contact the authorities.) As for Intimissimi, instead of sending me the white bridal bodysuit I ordered, they sent a black slip. I still have no idea how someone could confuse the two. No refund, no reply — and in the chat, they even complained about my tone, saying that ruining my wedding lingerie was “just a mistake.”
They deliberately send cheap or defective items, and you’re left powerless. They don’t refund returns, they send wrong or incomplete orders, and the in-store experience is just as bad: arrogant, untrained employees who act like CEOs just because they sell underwear. The quality is also not what it used to be.
After 20 years, we’re done. We’ve initiated two legal inquiries against them. Oh, and of course, they list fake customer service phone numbers. Pure scammers hiding behind famous models. That’s all they are.
Update: they even had the nerve to whine after stealing and ghosting. So basically instead of refund me the return of a wrong item sent , they wrote to cry about. They said 10 days to refund ( as they wait as to pay) but 10 days are gone and no reply no money back. Just stay away from them

Ordered 2 pairs of loungewear for my Dad. The material is nice enough, but the stictching quality isn't up to the mark. Elastics on both pants became loose after a month of daily wear. Other brands like Skin Worldwide and Hanro are the top and Intimissimi falls far far short. Don't waste your money.

My friends bought me different gifts (aprox. 150€) on May 8th. As their return policy says 30 days, I assumed it was a month. I went on June 8th to change the sizes, they said the policy states 30 days. No exceptions could be made. I tried on 3 stores, same answer. Could you have less empathy for your customers? Don't you think is normal that 30 days = a month? Do you prefer to loose a customer forever instead of doing an exception for a misunderstanding of 1 day?
I even reached out to their customer service team, same response.

I ordered pants online, based on size guide. Much too small and unbelievably uncomfortable. Have emailed multiple times to return the pants I have not tried on as I wasn’t sent a return form or postage label. I cannot open an account because the code doesn’t ever come through! This is the most difficult website to navigate, the purchase was straightforward but I returned an item 3 weeks ago and have not received my refund. I have sent numerous emails have had no satisfactory response to date. I will now need to involve a action with the small claims court.

Won't refund in UK when bought abroad
Bought bra on holiday in Lisbon. Couldn't try as changing room downstairs and I can't manage stairs. Saleswoman tried on over T-shirt but when tried properly it did not fit. Could not access another branch in other cities so contacted this INTERNATIONAL firm when got home. They will not refund unless in same country as purchase.
I bought several pairs of knickers which are great but disappointed that an international trader will not take back new good, with all labels and receipt.
Also, tehoir shops should have accessible changing facilities.
