Worst brand experience ever
Please don't make the mistake of ordering online. I placed an order on October 23rd and 43 days later I still don't know if I'll receive my order or a refund. I kept contacting their customer support and exchanging emails. The only answer is that "it'll take a couple of days". The rest are lame excuses. Is either a busy period, a technical issue, or the destination hub fault. The care for the customer is non-existent. Mistakes are normal and understandable, but in their case, we're talking about complete indifference and lack of respect. It's by far the worst experience I ever had with a brand.

Positives: Extremely fast free shipping.
Negatives: I had to beg via multiple emails for them to look into my missing return. By the 3rd week I copied/pasted their policy small print to them and finally received my full refund that day.

Do not order online! I arranged for my parcel to be sent to a UPS point, but never received any confirmation that it had been delivered. Once I found out that it had, the pick-up window had closed and Intimissimi informed me that it was being sent back to their warehouse. After speaking to 4 different CS representatives over a 7-week period, I found out that they had received the parcel in question, then lost it. Thankfully, they refunded me, but the whole ordeal completely damaged my faith in the brand and their competence. I have also noticed a major decline in the quality of their products. I believe that their products were of a high standard many years ago, but not anymore. I recently bought a bra in-store, which tore two months later. On closer inspection, the stitching also looks cheap and rushed. They like to promote the italianità of the brand, as it brings to mind images of fine craftsmanship, but this couldn’t be further from the truth!

Ridiculously hard work to return an item. Could not get a returns form generated despite following directions on their website and getting in touch with customer services. Had to send the items back without a returns form and then they only refunded me for one item requiring me to call customer services. Such a waste of time for a process that should be easy.
I fell in love with their products
I fell in love with their products, but they are not yet set up for international online sales. It should be illegal for them to do so. I bought several items, taking advantage of two separate sales. The sizes were not consistent with what I had ordered before. They do not do exchanges, so the only way to be able to return and re-purchase at the same price is to return ALL the things you bought (even the ones that fit) and hope that the special is still running. And there isn't a person to speak you to simply manually do the math and re-order for you or give you a discount that honors the original pricing. It's very sad, especially because I LOVE my purchases. Hope they can get it together someday.

Bought a $100 Rhinestone top from the new Jlo collection. It arrived with a broken strand. The packaging was fine for a store but not for shipping overseas and it was loose inside a bigger box. I sent pictures of the broken strand and received a rude msg back disguised as a polite msg saying that they needed more pictures because they had no idea if that product was even theirs. I was shocked. Unfortunately I mailed the packages to Brazil to my sister-in-law as it was a gift for her. I did not want to wait another 2 weeks or more to return overseas and get a new one. I plan to send them 100 pictures as soon as she receives it. But one thing that annoys me the most is that my order does not show unless I use their tracking option. I got no points for it and I am not able to review it at all. I have asked numerous times for a link to review the product and I get a msg thanking me for the feedback and that’s it. They don’t want negative reviews I guess. I got a call at 5:45 am today from their customer service asking what issue I had with the product. I could tell she was about to tell me that there was nothing she could do when the phone went mute and she never called back. Horrible customer service. They pretend they care but they don’t. They use big nice words to tell you they won’t help you. I would not buy and if I was Jlo I would not lend my name to them. Just because it’s Italian doesn’t mean quality. I learned my lesson. Now my sister-in-law in law will pay someone to fix it. By the way I didn’t ask Intimissimi for money back or anything. I asked for a small discount to pay someone to solder the piece back.

It's hard for me to understand that such a well-known company would disregard online customers in such an amateurish, scandalous and hopeless way.
High price, low quality.
Got the item i ordered but for £60+ i'd expect more than an opened plastic bag in an envelope containing a product i hope isnt prior returned stock. No quality control in place, utter shambles. Woukd it kill you to wrap a product up as though it resembles a quality item? Looks like it came from the local market.
After 3 weeks no return label and no answer
Almost 2,5 weeks ago I requested return of half of my order. After few hours of trying to find them, I contacted customer service with request to send me via e-mail. They promised I will be able to download return label after few days. After week I contacted again even with request to tell me where I can send return on my costs. It was answered with some template e-mail that after few days I will be able to download. Now its already third week. No answer and no downloadable return labels. While some of the products are nice I am ex-customer of this company. Instead of hiring Lopez they could just spend some money in customer service.

Due to a ‘technical error’ on Intimissimi’s behalf i couldn’t download my return label and they refused to send it to my e-mail manually untill after 2months of me asking for it every 2-3 weeks. The communication on their behalf was so poor replying with copy-paste like answers every time stringing me along.
