Essentially what these guys do is sell keys for video games to people who live in countries where they either have ridiculous mark ups or "Digital Tax" (i.e Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 for 35.99 USD instead of 99.99 USD.) and will price match other key markets by refunding you the difference.

They're also a very safe company to buy from and have a Skype support line for people who prefer to call rather than type.

IntKeys is one of the best game selling companies of all time. Their prices are outstanding. I already bought 2 games, and will do it again, whenever I want to buy a new game.

Great customer support. I can't complain. There deals are FANTASTIC. I would recommend this site if I had more cash to spend on games. My first steam key they sent me worked. They may have some difficulties with some keys but trust me they are a good company.

When asking cd key ordering companies about delivery times on pre-orders and pre-order bonuses, I've gotten used to not getting a straight answer, when i asked this time it was nice to hear actual answers, even if the real answer was "we wont know till a week before"

So I had an issue with payment earlier in they year. Paypal itself could not help, so I turned to their skype technical support. We traveled through some hurdles discussing the payment, but in the end they agreed to a more than adequate settlement.

I would really like to thank Dmitri for helping out on the matter and resolving the issue with a slight bonus. After this event, I'm sure to trust them in the future.

They gave me a false activation code and gave no response to any of my emails or skype calls.

When you look at IntKeys, you're going to think "if it looks too good to be true, it probably is." Well, in this case, it's pretty much as good as it looks. My first purchase was simple; I sent the money, they sent a picture of the key. The second time, they sent me a key that didn't work, and I was unable to get in touch with their support staff (something they need to work on, and the reason I can't give them 5 stars). But finally, I got this guy's email (dmitri@intkeys.com) and he was able to get me a working key (after another one was sent that had already been activated). The bottom line is, you're going to get the product you paid for, and you're going to pay a lot less for it than you would anywhere else, though you might ultimately have to wait a little longer than 24 hours. In the end, it's well worth it.

Fortunately, there are multiple youtube guides on how to do what you need to to redeem your game. It looks as if a lot of people here didn't understand what that entails and unfairly rated a system they've misunderstood. Took about 15 hours to get my key, but that's okay, as they said that it could tak up to 24 hours. All in all a pretty solid company.

They sent me a used code, with no discount for taking their sweet time.

Took a while to get ahold of their support, but the rep below has since contacted me to try to resolve the problem. That earns back a star...sadly after.giving him my info, he has since ceased replying to me.

Bought Borderlands 2 key and it would not activate on STEAM. Went to INTKEYS website and they tell you that you need to login from a Russian VPN server to fool STEAM into thinking you are in Russia. WTF? Sounds dishonest to me. Anyway, contacted STEAM tech support and they say doing this is a violation of their Terms of Service and could result in removal of software or a banned STEAM account. I have over 100 games on my STEAM account and won't take the risk. Filed a Paypal dispute to get my money back. I have no doubt the VPN trick will work. At least until I'm caught. Not worth the $10 I saved having to worry about losing my account.

First time buying from intkeys.com. Bought borderlands2 and within a day I received my key and am rocking!

I bought Borderlands 2 for a steal of $25, yet I put the wrong email address and in attempts to get my key I entered 2 support tickets and Skype called the apparently always online service at 4 different time intervals. Finally I received my key A WEEK LATER after opening a Paypal dispute over my money.

first time using a site like this, recommended to me by someone online. place my order around 10 pm central time and got it 7am. Considering it was the weekend i don't consider it an issue. Got my key it activated perfect, very impressed!

I started looking for CD key sites because I wanted Borderlands 2, but didn't want to have to pay 60 bucks for it. One website referred me to intkeys, and claimed it was legit. I figured it was probably a review written by a shill or something, but screw it, why not, I decided to give it a shot. Worst case, 20 bucks down the drain, best case, I find out that CD key sites can actually be legit.

I buy the key, log in through paypal, and it says I'll have it shortly. 30 minutes later I get the key, and try to activate it on steam - no dice. Shit, I figure, I got screwed. Nope, I guess I just typed it in wrong. Key activated fine, and now I'm playing my full copy :D

I've tried contacting them through Email, Skype & Facebook, yet have received no reply.. The Steam Key they emailed me is being reported as Invalid. Bad enough I had to wait 10+hrs to get the invalid key.. but I'm having to wait for Customer Support as well.

Not and instant e-mail, but the prices are dirt cheap and totally legit. Got my Borderlands 2 key for £13 a week after release. Had to wait a few hours but got it and is working fine on steam. The only way I will buy a game from anywhere else from now on is if intkeys do not stock it.

Service worked great. Has a good selection of current games and is the definitely the way to go to pick up games for a low cost. Took a few hours to get my Borderlands 2 and Civ V keys and they both activated in steam no problem! All in all, pretty happy.
