Intkeys gets some flack from some people because of slow delivery times and needing to use a VPN to activate some games. While these are valid concerns, and I have had to deal with both, Intkeys made sure that I was taken care of for every order I have made.

They offer competitive prices for the products they offer and do deliver, even if it takes a bit of waiting to receive your purchase. If they are being to slow (their official policy is a delay of 24 hours) they will offer a 10% discount. That's not bad in my book.

I trust Intkeys enough that I've shared them with a few friends, even recently enough to have one of those friends to purchase a Civ V DLC key for $6 - when it normally retails for $30!

tl;dr - Cheap prices, fair delivery speed, occasional annoying VPN issues

Initially I had some problems with them, took nearly 20 days to send me a key ... but were able to resolve it. not only sent me the key but they sent me 100% of the return for the game

Deals are nice. Customer support is slow, taking 1 day to get back to me via Skype, email and supportcenter never got back to me. Some games require VPN, its not illegal in the law but it goes against STEAM USER AGREEMENT, where if you are caught your account will be banned (not cool). Also, they can activate the region locked game from the UK but that too goes against STEAM USER AGREEMENT. Overall, nice deals with a "meh" customer service and failing to acknowledge these STEAM USER AGREEMENTS with their customers.

I purchased Borderlands 2, and within 5 hours not only did they email me the key, but sent picture proof just as they stated they would. I highly recommend IntKeys for future digital download purchases.

I was initially sceptical, but intkeys gave me a top notch experience.

The keys are usually around 50% cheaper than steam's price and are immediately available online. I've had no issues with these keys . This website has all of the games I like,so i do all of my game shopping here,and will do it in the future.Support has always been prompt and polite.

I bought a game at intkeys and experienced an issue with the activation of the game. I then contacted the customer service. I have to say it was perfect rapide response and adequate answers. The game required VPN activation,but i didnt know how to do it,so i kindly asked them to do it.Gave them all the info they needed and within the next few min i had my game activated on steam :)
