A professional approach
A professional approach: calm, clear and open explanations on the procedure and what to expect. The only 'tip' I want to give is to be more punctual (for example: phone call planned - send a meeting request via Zoom or Teams and respect the timing, but this is only because my agenda is pretty packed with meetings during the day and I like to follow the timelines :-) ).
