I ordered a few samples from here after seeing them on social media, and I’m now hooked! The body butter is so luxurious, it’s not at all greasy like most other lotions I’ve tried, it just soaks right in and smells amazing. My package arrived insanely quickly and even had some free samples inside. Have already put in a second order and I will definitely be a regular customer from now on.

I love small businesses, and support them where I can, I just feel that this weekend's "mystery game" on tiktok has shown me how overpriced the company really is. I know there's overheads, staff wages, making a profit so you can keep doing what you love... But it's just not great. £28 for 3 travel size tins of body product and £15 for 3 wax melts is insane. That's £5 a wax melt!! For that I want the wax to be wrapped in gold! Jesus Christ. No wonder your idea didn't go to plan, because you're charging insane prices to customers for them to not be able to choose their own scents. Oh wait no, some of your 'favourite' customers do get to manifest what they want and you will swap some products, but the rest of us have to have what is chosen! And now it all hasn't sold as you expected you change up the game and we can now purchase the scents we want. You need to remember that we're in a cost of living crisis and these prices are insane. I have bought A LOT of your stuff, because I've had FOMO and didn't want to miss out on certain scents, but I've regretted most of the purchases because your products are that expensive. I will no longer be purchasing at these prices. Maybe look at reducing the costs a bit, and the volume of products that you offer. Insanity at its finest

I was looking for an alternative to Lush products and found Into The Eve and I'm so happy I did! My package arrived super quick and the products were better than I had hoped for. I ordered during a promotion and received some samples which was very sweet! Will 100% be ordering again

The owner needs to learn how to speak to customers without becoming accusatory when clear evidence is presented a parcel has arrived at a different address. A shame their customer service doesn't reflect their products.

Was very excited to see my favourite was back so ordered both the lemon sherbet sugar scrub and foaming scrub. The icing on the cake would be to have the same scent in a body butter -please?😊

Customer service at Into the Eve is like no other they pride themselves in caring for their customers from the products they hand made with only the best natural ingredients to the packaging to your face when uou open them for the first time to the way the products make you feel and the results they give you to being there after for a chat about how you love it and they really do listen and take action on what their customers "friends" really want and need amazing for a small family run company only 5 years old 😀

I am a customer from the US. I specifically purchase items from Into The Eve due to the strict guidelines on what can and cannot be put into beauty products. I have found that Into The Eve has amazing CLEAN and ECO-FRIENDLY products that work on the absolute most sensitive skin. I just have not been able to find anything like that here in the US. Plus the scent profiles that are put out are amazing. And the fact that they offer a Naked line, sent and dye free, as part of their core collection is absolutely outstanding. I will be a customer for life.

I have severe eczema and i have been looking for a soap to clean my face and the commercial ones were too harsh for my skin and i saw this brand in a popup store in the highcross and i thought lets give it a try and i brought the naked whipped soap which has multiple uses and my face is so much smoother so i have purchased 2 more tins

Into The Eve is an amazing company. And i love being able to support a local business. They are Vegan, Cruelty Free and Eco Conscious. They make all their products from scratch with the finest ingrediants.

They are very customer driven. I love being part of the community they’ve built. It really does feel like family. We all look forward to chatting on the Tik Tok lives. And we have a community page on Facebook where we can all share our love for the company and the products. Through this we also get sneak peaks of upcoming releases and are able to get involved with ideas like new fragrances and product names.
