We engaged Intovex Consulting Services LLP for application development based on a Zoho Creator recommendation. The project planned for 3 months extended to over a year with no proper completion.
There was no proper manpower, leadership, or development process. Timelines were consistently missed, the BRD was never provided, and the application remains incomplete across all modules.
Communication was very poor despite repeated follow-ups. Overall, a highly disappointing experience. Not recommended.
