I did the Thai Experience on the 25th of November 2025. This was my first solo trip so was apprehensive in the beginning. My tour guide was Ella and she could not have been more helpful! She was absolutely amazing, putting everyone at ease, being so informative, helpful and most importantly, making sure everyone had the best time! We had Brookie as our local guide and he was also amazing! Because of this amazing experience I have booked 2 more tours and I can only hope that my next tours will be led by someone half as good as Ella.

Vietnam intro 12 days - had an amazing experience with my group , second time with intro throughly enjoyed my time with all the activities we had , our tour leader Dani couldn’t have been more helpful and was a great leader and laugh throughout our visit.

Just had the best time in Japan being introduced to the country by our extraordinary guide Izzy. Loved the hostel style of travel which is not typically my thing. Izzy was very knowledgeable about all locations, made each person feel special and was incredibly attentive to our wants and needs. Her upbeat nature and can do attitude was unwavering. Intro has a real gem in Izzy.

Really enjoyed the scope of the trip and the activities. Using local transit added a plus to the experience.

I had an incredible time on the Japan Adventure 13 Day trip and it just wouldn’t have been the same without the amazing Izzy as our group leader. We were always provided with recommendations for food and little shops we would have easily missed, where to get great photos and interesting facts about wherever we were going. But what made Izzy stand out is how she felt like another member of the group at the same time as being our lighthouse. So many laughs and stories that will stay with me for a lifetime! There aren’t enough stars to represent how important Izzy was in the success of the tour. We were so busy but never felt rushed, always on time and always had opportunities to grab snacks, souvenirs and take quick pics along the way. The enthusiasm from Izzy was infectious and definitely kept the group on the same level, even if i was tired from early starts and lots of steps I just knew i was in the right place with the right people and wouldn’t have missed a second. Thank you Izzy, so so much!

From start to finish the Japan adventure 13d tour has been unforgettable.
I’ve done 5 intro tours and the Japan Adventure is definitely my favourite. It’s so cultural, a great pace, and includes such unique experiences. Personal highlights were the coziness and snow monkeys of Nagano and the incredible Fuji views in Hakone.
Izzy (Isabelle Sampson) has been absolutely incredible. Her energy and charisma is infectious and her genuine passion for what she does shines through. She’s organised, calm under pressure, and managed the group with such ease and warmth. You can really tell she loves this job. She gives 100%, makes every moment special, and creates such a positive, fun atmosphere. I’ve honestly felt so supported and included throughout the trip. She made Japan unforgettable, the experience wouldn’t have been the same without her and I’d actively try to book a tour lead by her again!

Honestly I’m so glad I booked this tour. I was so looked after the entire time and any worries I had left instantly as soon as I met Izzy. Her energy is honestly infectious and she rallied 8 strangers into having an incredible trip. We were so lucky seeing Fuji and snow monkeys but for me the highlights are also the travel days. The scenery you see is epic and the journeys are so peaceful. Thank you Izzy for showing me all that Japan has to offer xx

I really enjoyed my first trip to India with Intro and I'd definitly recommend it.

The activities were quite diverse and mostly matched my expectations. We had cities, forts, temples, the jungle, the desert... A trip like that will always be quite dense, but I never felt too rushed or pushed to move on.

All the accomodations were clean and spacious, provided drinking water, toilet paper and overall great service and just got more and more beautiful up to literal palaces.

We had all the meals together in restaurants that offered great food and impressive views/ atmospheres. It was also made sure all the food was safe to eat so we barely had food-related health issues.

Most importantly, this trip allowed me to experience India with absolutely no worries on my mind. Our group leader Dev and our tour guide Vivek made sure we felt safe every step of the way and that has made a huge difference for me. Their planning, flexibility, communication and support has been impeccable.

Just finished the Nov 2025 India Experience tour with Intro Travel. It was absolutely amazing, a fast-paced yet well-balanced tour of the highlights of northern India. Our group leader Devansh (Dev) and guide Vivek were awesome, very kind and knowledgeable, willing to help out if any problems arose, and ensured a smooth (and fun!) trip. As a solo female traveler, I never felt unsafe on the trip as Dev and Vivek always kept an eye on us and went over safety protocols before activities. The activities and sight-seeing were an excellent overview of the history and culture of the Maharajas and Mughal empire. Vivek is super knowledgeable about the history and explained it at each site. He became our beloved “Indian dad” of the group. Dev has a heart of gold and took the time to get to know each group member individually, which I really appreciate. This is my second tour with Intro Travel (last one was Thailand) and I am very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the company, and have already booked my next tour with them. If you’re interested in the history and culture of India, this tour is for you!

The India trip was absolutely amazing. The culture is so rich and Vivek and Dev organised everything so perfectly that India never got overwhelming. The only thing we had to worry about was having a good time. Which is not difficult because the itinerary is really good. Dev made sure the vibe in the group was really good and we had so many laughs. Vivek is so knowledgeable and he tells the stories so well. He is also really funny.

We had a great tour with our group leaders Dev and Vivek. I felt well taken care of and safe at any point. Any of the places we visited, and the activities we did seemed to be carefully chosen, (almost) all of the hotels were really nice. All of them were clean.

I did the 12 day thai intro tour. From the first day to the last day the tour was amazing. The people in my group were amazing and we all bonded and gelled so well together. My group leader, Maddie Church was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better group leader for this tour. I would definitely do another tour with into again.

I’ve just completed the 12 day Bali intro tour with Andre. The tour was brilliant and just what I wanted - a great introduction to Bali and Indonesia. Our tour was complete with the ultimate tour guide Andre. From the first day he was so energetic, and full of life, always putting a fun and positive spin on every day of the tour. Andre is so organised and always made sure everything ran so smoothly for us on the tour so we didn’t have to think or worry about a thing - just sit back and relax and enjoy our holiday!

I couldn’t have asked for a better group leader. Andre is so passionate about his job and showing tourists around his beautiful country. Intro are truly lucky to have Andre as part of their team!

Tour Review

In November, I travelled to Thailand for the 18-day INTRO Thailand Tour. This was my first time travelling with INTRO, and I would highly recommend the experience. I arrived a day early and booked pre-night accommodation through the company, where I was warmly greeted by our tour guide, TK. From that moment, I knew I was in safe hands.

Activities:
The itinerary offered a fantastic variety of activities, thoughtfully curated to suit a wide range of interests. We experienced everything from water sports and cultural history to scenic walks, breathtaking viewpoints, and even Muay Thai fights. Whenever we expressed interest in additional activities, TK went above and beyond to organise them seamlessly.

Onward Travel:
TK was incredibly helpful in arranging all of our onward travel, including taxis, ferries, and flights. Her support made every transition smooth and stress-free.

Accommodation:
Overall, the accommodation was very good, with some memorable and unique stays such as the floating bungalows and the jungle lodges. The hotel in Phuket was particularly impressive—though I believe an additional day here would have allowed us to fully enjoy it and Phuket. The accommodation in Chiang Mai was less remarkable, and I would suggest reviewing this option for future tours. Also, to bring down prices of the tours it would be brilliant to have the option to stay in cheaper accomodation like hostels. However, I know this might be very hard to organise logistically!

Our Tour Guide:
I want to extend my sincere thanks to TK for truly making this tour exceptional. She embodies everything a tour guide should be—respectful, caring, fun, inclusive, and diligent. She checked in with us regularly and was always there whenever we needed anything. TK, you were amazing. ขอบคุณค่ะ

I had an amazing time with this travel group in Japan! The trip was well-organized, the itinerary was full of great experiences, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. I got to see so much, learn a lot, and make great memories. Highly recommend this group for anyone planning a trip to Japan!

I had booked this tour back in 2020 and it had got canceled because of Covid, so I was thrilled to be finally making my way to Indonesia. The tour was well planned and our tour guide, Andre, really made the experience. We got lucky with great weather and everything that was spent time on, felt worthwhile. It was nice to relax and get to enjoy such a beautiful place and interesting culture. Thank you Andre for your efforts and an enjoyable vacation!

My group leader for the 12 days Philippines tour, Dan, was absolutely incredible. He made sure to keep us all safe and calm when the weather had taken a toll onto our plans, and still made it the most memorable experience ever! He was just great and the next tours that have Dan as their leader are extremely lucky!

Just finished the 10day Oz intro tour and I can honestly say I’ve had the best time ever! Couldn’t have been done without my amazing team leader Tess, didn’t have to worry about a single thing when she was around and it was more like having just another friend rather than a guide!❤️ miss her already!

Amelia was a wonderful group leader, even with the bad weather she still made the trip a fantastic experience!

The Sri Lanka tour was amazing! Pick up was smooth, felt very safe the entire trip and all the travel was so well planned. Our group leader Amelia was fantastic - we faced some tough issues such as pouring rain and bus breakdowns but Amelia was calm, patient and kept us all smiling the whole time. Amelia was also great at giving us well laid out plans for the day in plenty of time so we always knew what was happening. The activities we did were brilliant - seeing all of the elephants during the safari was a particular highlight. I would highly recommend the Sri Lanka tour and would definitely travel with INTRO again!

Everything was so well organised it made travelling stress free! Amelia was the most amazing group leader, always going the extra mile to make sure everyone was having the best possible experience. Highly recommend!
