Should be an option for no stars on here. I closed an account with virgin media and by mistake cancelled the direct debit one month before I should have. Intrum started contacting me before the month... See more

A DANGEROUS COMPANY NOT MAIN UK UN GOVERNED

A DANGEROUS COMPANY AS NOT MAINLAND UK THEY ARE NOT GOVERNED BY F. S. A. RULES ETC..... I battled atlas editions for 6 months sorting this company out atlas owe me 37.75 for phonecalls to the Ireland office promises of callbacks and replays to emails all of which go unanswered. I have I have now threatened BOTH ATLAS AND INTRUM to either sort who is paying my bill and pay it or I file small claims after being able to prove I had 3x£1.99 items posted a cheque they never cashed as I had bank statements to show its never been presented for payment this was 2 years ago and I am still emailing requesting payment and also charging them £5 per email and I am owed £155 in email costs too unless they pay up I take it to court I warned them in emails of MY COSTS as they're quick enough to charge you so now it's PAY UP TIME

Lazy bunch of thieves

Lazy bunch of thieves that continued to harass me for an invoice I'd already paid. Their telephone service is friendly but unwilling to help and you'll be lucky if you get an email back from them.

These people give me a great laugh …

These people give me a great laugh every time they phone. They are a company of con-men that will try to bully you into paying money that you dont owe. Littlewoods were paid for an item and delivered the item, one month later they refunded me 100% and told me I had to pay the credit price which I refuse to do. I have offered Littlewoods the cash price but they refused it. I refuse to pay the credit price and I refuse to pay gangsters like Intrum Justitia. I record every phone call and share them with my friends at the weekends when we meet up. Its better entertainment than Saturday Night Live. I keep telling them to take me to court but they dont seem interested in a court case. Of course the first thing I will do is request costs so I can stick it to them. Come on Intrum Justitia, take me to court. Please??? You have threatened it for months now........JUST DO IT!

Third Party Extortion on behalf of Atlas Editions

This company has been harassing my elderly Father In Law from their Dublin Office on behalf of their UK client, Atlas Editions. Please spare a moment to review the feedback for Atlas Editions BEFORE considering trading with them.

Atlas Editions fail to run a correct and accurate billing service and then use Intrum Justitia to harass clients, even after full acknowledgement that debts have only arisen from their own errors. Even the CEO, Guy Stainthorpe has recognised the failing of his own company and promised to resolve the issue and apologise to my Father in Law. Now Atlas Editions, including Mr Stainthorpe, have stopped returning correspondence.

Meanwhile, a frail elderly man sits worried in his home. He is fearful that this organisation will carry out threats to take further action against him whilst Atlas Editions fail to resolve the issue they have caused.

Both Atlas Editions and Intrum Justitia should hang their heads in shame.
