Looks like this may be a scam

I purchased the 2019 Quick Books software using my Pay Pal account last week. They took my money, there was no downloadable file. I e-mailed them for a refund and the refund was (allegedly) issue several hours later. The money was never returned to me contrary to the email notice on the refund. I am now waiting for PayPal to refund money.
I emailed this company several times; no reply. I called the phone number on their website; disconnected.
This appears to be a scam account regardless of their having a website and some guy overseas with a PayPal account. I now have to wait for my refund to purchase what I need. This company advertises all kinds of software including Turbo Tax and Intuit but it looks like a shell.

This is a scam company!

This is a scam company!!

I purchased Turbotax for $39.99 on 9/16 which is $100 less than the usual Amazon, Newegg, or others. The seller sent an email with link that goes to a different site TaxSmart.com with the message:
"Something Went Wrong...
You have requested an invalid product download. Please try again."

Then without my request, it sent another email 15 minutes later saying:
"An order you recently placed on our website has had its status changed. The status of order #119119 is now Refunded"

But the refund is not executed in Paypal which is the original form of payment. I had to report to Paypal to start a claim. What a waste of time, just when the tax return is due on 9/15. In hindsight this type of scam is expected.

I tried reaching the company by phone number listed, which is disconnected, and tried to reach by email which bounced back.

I had to go back online to Newegg to purchase the Turbotax in the usual price of $139 but got the program downloaded and working.
