Just wanted to leave a review for Kim Cruttenden

Just wanted to leave a review for a specific Phlebotamist Kim Cruttenden who works for your company. Her dedication and detail when taking my bloods was fantasic. It is normally 50/50 chance if my blood is able to be taken and Kim had no problmes at all, didnt even feel the scratch, she is very skilled and also has a huge amount of previous qualifiactions and skills to be able to work with clients to keep them calm during the blood take. I am a practictioner myself and I must say after many experiences over the years Kim was just phenomenal and should be commended or training other Phlebotamists her secrets and skills.

Lack of commitment in appointment making process.

There has been a consistent display of unprofessional conduct in the appointment-making process, including a failure to meet client needs and a lack of responsiveness through the chosen method of communication. It was unexpected to discover that the nurse is responsible for arranging third-party appointments, yet responses to messages were delayed—sometimes taking up to three days—and no proactive effort was made to call and finalise arrangements.

When I contacted the head office for clarification and assistance with scheduling, I was met with further unprofessional behavior characterised by defensiveness, a dismissive attitude, and interruptions during the conversation. This interaction reflected a lack of understanding of proper appointment management procedures and an apparent absence of performance standards or KPIs.
Unfortunately, due to these ongoing issues and the resulting loss of confidence in the company’s professionalism, I have decided to discontinue the service.
