Product is good, but good luck on dealing with the people

The product is fine. In fact, it's quite good.

If there's an issue, do not expect them to behave professionally.

They rebranded to focus on institutional clients but I am in the industry and have for years dealt with the top primes such as GS/UBS etc and can tell you it is a pretty good joke that they are trying to be 'institutional'.
