Yeah the reviews aren't kidding, its actually just a scam, I know they have that 1 specific thing/account you need and can't find anywhere else so you're like f*** it maybe its not a scam, but yeah unfortunately it just is, surprised a blatant scam site can just stay up like that to be honest.
They also have some weird copy and paste mass response to every negative review that implies they're all made by one person (they simply copy all the usernames of bad reviews and add it into one long chain), mixed with some element of blackmail, ignore all that, its literally just a scam, -$29 dollars for me I guess, there are worse amounts to lose.

I need a Plivo account and found this site through Google. Paid them $55 and after my payment (you can only pay with crypto, so i paid in BTC) i got a confirmation mail that they are working on my order.
So far so good you would say? NO! I got nothing after that last mail.
