Invebo just completed a repair and upgrade to the Bluetooth 5 on my nearly 20 year old Sounddock - positively magic ⭐️⭐️⭐️ worth every cent and makes me wonder why I bought a SONOS system that is totally reliant on my, not always great, WiFi signal :(
Their service was exceptional as I mistakenly sent the power cable to them [attached to the plug] - the power adapter is often faulty - and they returned it under separate cover. Amazing that such an old music system can be upgraded to stream music. The sound quality is amazing .. a very happy customer 😊

The BC20 upgrade is excellent. It is exactly what I wanted. Bluetooth, aux in, usb charger output, base boost and even the original remote volume control still works.
I ordered the unit from their website and it arrived within a few weeks. Minor delay may have been due to COVID.
The very detailed installation video provides perfect instructions for board installation. It has made the Sound Dock so much more versatile and the sound quality is superb.
This company is very customer focused, they respond quickly and with detailed information. Can't ask for better service response.

I sent Invebo my series one dock recently after the sound got very patchy indeed.They were extremely professional and courteous and after receiving my dock back at home today it sounds as good as when I first bought it.

My Bose Sounddock Portable worked fine. But then I noticed the dock wasn’t charging my iPod. After doing some research online and on You Tube, I found Invebo. I ordered a replacement Sounddock Portable Docking Board. The item took a little over a week to get to Hawaii (that’s was pretty fast)...I followed the step by step how to video on You Tube....
Now my Bose Sounddock Portable isn’t working fine. IT’S WORKING GREAT.
Now it charges up the iPod.

The BC20 upgrade is amazing.
I ordered the unit from their website and it arrived the following day.
After watching the very detailed installation video a couple of times I successfully installed the upgrade board. It has made the SoundDock so much more versatile and the sound quality is wonderful.

The crew at Invebo has been amazing. They have rescued my BOSE Sound dock twice. Once with a power issue and the second time with a connector replacement. The second repair stretched my limited technical skills but thanks to the very educational Invebo Youtube tutorial I was successful. They even sent me the required screwdriver. They corrected my erroneous part order, patiently responded to my every email inquiry, and reassured me I was up to the task. These folks are the greatest.

Im over 70 & not gifted at self fixing, so repairing my BOSE Speaker Dock proved too complicated, even with INVEBO staff 's unending help! Eventually I asked if they would do the work for me. They not only replaced damaged parts, they inspected and changed every suspect component, cleaned, serviced and upgraded the entire piece of equipment so its now better than when I first bought it!! This company is second to none where customer care and service is concerned. I highly recommend it to anyone who love their BOSE and want it to live on forever. I have used Invebo before to repair a different Bose system and I remembered how good the service was so I didn’t hesitate when my sound dock stopped working to return to the company. The systems are easy to use and the pricing is clear and inclusive of postage. My sound dock was returned to me today well packaged in just over a week from me posting it to them, it’s worth mentioning there’s a pandemic out there and it didn’t affect the delivery or service. Today I filled the house with music again. Well done Invebo you’re highly recommended by me.

My BOSE Soundock 1 suddenly died and I thought that was that. Checked the Invebo site and saw I could update from the old 30 pin to Bluetooth. Not sure if that would solve the problem I called Invebo and a very helpful man told me that replacing that element might not solve the issue and the sound board needed to be checked, At this point the cost was not vastly different to sending the unit to them rather than fixing myself. They send a label for posting, kept me updated and returned the unit in about a week, very clean and working. The upgrade is well worth it, the sound is better, Bluetooth, USB charging and has given the BOSE a whole new lease of life. Would definitely recommend. BC20-NFC upgrade fitted.

I have had a Bose SoundDock Type A for quite some time & have tried various plug in devices to convert it to bluetooth, all to no avail. I saw an Invebo installation guide on YouTube & decided to utilize the BC20 upgrade. As I live in a 'Land Down Under', it was not economically viable to send the speaker to the UK to have the conversion kit installed. Not knowing anything about electronics, I thought I'll give this a try. The BC20 duly arrived, I watched the video a couple of times & it fitted beautifully. But no sound. I went through the diagnostics with Invebo via email. The result was sending the sound processor to the UK. And on it's return, I now have my old Bose back which I use every day, thanks to Invebo.

I have a Bose sound dock original series that I bought around 2008. It stopped working about 4 years ago and it has been in storage ever since. I came across it recently and considered getting rid of it but remembered the Invebo website which I discovered around 4 years ago. I took the plunge and had it upgraded to a USB charge socket and Bluetooth. When i got it back I was just blown away again by the quality of sound plus that I can now play all my devices on it. This service is excellent, efficient and beyond my expectations. Thank you!!

I am always a little wary of the claims made by some of the companies offering repairs. However having been without my Bose SoundDock for some time I decided to take a chance. Again I was concerned that there was a requirement to pay upfront, but I wanted the repair.
All of my doubts and fears were unfounded. I received notification when my Dock arrived and also when it was about to be returned. From handing it over at the post office (I just missed the collection) to having it delivered back was 10 days.
My Dock is at least as good as new, looks and sounds like new. I would have no hesitation recommending this company, even my wife was impressed by the service.

I purchased a series 1 Bose SoundDock speaker in 2008 to dock a 1st generation ipod touch (30 pin connector without bluetooth). Both products had become obsolete with the changes made by Apple. During a house clearance I found them in the loft, ready to donate to charity. However, I decided to google bluetooth adaptors. I found various bluetooth dongle adaptors on Amazon, ebay and various other online retailers. By chance, I found Invebo.com (a specialist Bose repairer expert). The Innexxis BC20 bluetooth circuit board upgrade is much better than any aftermarket bluetooth dongle adaptor. The BC20 kit comes with bluetooth 5 for high quality audio streams, NFC for contact less pairing, 3.5mm stereo aux in, USB port for fast charge. The fascia plate is available in either black or white to match your Bose SoundDock colour. The black is not gloss black but this is a minor aesthetic gripe. The online installation tutorial video was 1st class and guided me to successfully install the bluetooth upgrade myself (torx screwdriver included in the kit). The install process was simple enough but I must stress the importance to follow each and every instruction in the video guide. Watch and re-watch again! My Bose SoundDock has renewed life and sounds amazing. It is future proofed with Bluetooth 5 and NFC so I can pair any smartphone and still plug in my ancient ipod touch using the aux in socket.
My query regarding model compatability was dealt with promptly. The online order process was straight forward and delivery was super fast. Awesome piece of kit from Invebo to save a premium but outdated Bose SoundDock speaker.

I am a customer from the U.S. and I was so thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service that I received from the team at Invebo. Their excellent “how-to” videos enabled me to confidently and carefully diagnose a failed sound processor in my Sound Dock Series I.

As I was preparing to send the defective board to Invebo, I also decided to upgrade my Sound Dock with one of their Bluetooth upgrade kits, and I am so happy that I did. The video installation instructions were extremely detailed and easy to follow, insuring a perfect fit. And let me comment on the quality of the components themselves...impressive to say the least. Top quality components mated to a faceplate that perfectly matched my white Sound Dock.

The result when I powered up my totally reborn Dock was incredible! Bluetooth pairing was simple, and the streaming sound quality was better than even the quality coming from my IPhone.

All in all, I am 100% satisfied with this purchase. Dealing with Invebo as a customer in the U.S. was not an inconvenience at all... everything was easy, and the staff was extremely responsive to my inquiries. These are great people who create great products! Not only was I able to save my Sound Dock from the landfill, I was able to upgrade it to the latest Bluetooth streaming tech and enjoy it for another 10 years!
