🚨 A word of caution about Inventco Software Pvt. Ltd.
No matter how much effort and dedication you put into your work, the management here fails to show even basic respect. The manager’s behavior has been completely unprofessional — even crossing the line by using abusive language toward my family.
On top of that, the company withheld two months of my salary, despite my consistent hard work and commitment.
I’m sharing this so that others can stay aware — if they can treat one employee this way, they can do the same to anyone.
Please think twice before joining such an organization where professionalism and ethics are missing.

It was great to work with inventcolabs and the work experience and exposure i received here was excellent and i highly recommend.

I highly recommend not to work in this organization, both the owners are fraud. They themselves aren't sure about their policies or you can say that they intentionally hide terms and conditions before your hiring. After 10 days of joining, all of sudden HR came to me and asked me for 2 cheques that too 1 lakh each as a security amount. In which 1 cheque was the security for the laptop that was provided by the company. I served in this company for 3 months and in these 3 months forgot about the paid leaves they didn't even approve your planned leaves as well. Last month I had a wedding of my first cousin to attend, I asked for a leave in advance that is 15 days in advance still they didn't approve it. They marked my every leave as sandwich leave. My last salary was deducted because the HR made a human error and now they're not ready to pay it off. So basically I lost my hard earned money because of the HR because she added my 2 months of leaves in a single month. In the time span of 3 months they did not give any paid leave which is illegal, as per the labour law every employee deserve 1 CL and 1 SL a month atleast. Along with this they used to credit the salary on 10th or every month which again against the labour law. Companies are supposed to credit the salary on or before the 7th of the month. Owners are literally so casual towards the safety of their employees, when the chief of the Karni sena was murdered, the whole rajasthan was shutdown. No office was opened but they asked the their employees to come. They ask the employees to sign unnecessary bond which includes security deposit of 1 lakh rs. This company and its policies are completely ridiculous. I'll never suggest anyone to join this company and suffer. This company is not employee centric at all.

Great people with fast responses. They will work with you to make sure everything is met to your expectations. They met all of my guidelines and did everything I asked them to do until the project was completed.

This company is unprofessional and does not have qualified staff. They will present a proposal as if they are qualified to do the job and then you find out they are not. After you have invested time and money into the project. I advise to not utilize them for any serious project. They don’t have any customer service and will ignore your concerns

Since the beginning, they have been kind and understanding. As we were new to the technology and did not have much expertise in that field, we did not know how our vision of the app was going to look like we changed it at least 10 times. Every step of the way they were there for advice and worked tirelessly. I would recommend the Inventcolabs team to anyone.
