I have 4 cats and they absolutely LOVE the dental wand!! In particular, my one cat had signs of inflammation as there was no way he was letting me brush his teeth! So this is the perfect solution and he treats it like a game! He has no idea I’m brushing his teeth! Really recommend the dental wand to anyone with a cat who wants to improve their oral health!

So far seriously under impressed. Ordered more than a month ago. Follow up emails chasing an update have met with no response. Can’t work out if this business is a fraud - but if I don’t receive the item soon I will be chasing a refund through my credit card!

Appreciate the idea but it's not the kind of toy my cat wants to bite. Zero interest besides kicking it under things to hide it. And very expensive. Company ignored my email about it not working within the promised time, so I don't think I'm getting the "guarantee" money back.

Total waste of money sadly. This product doesn't engage either of my cats after lots of attempts and following instructions. One of them did bite it but it's made of such hard material, he hardly managed to squeeze any toothpaste out and didn't get any satisfaction out of biting it. Hard to clean as well. Honestly, can't understand the hype or the price, it's so badly designed. Sorry to be so negative but am fed up of wasting money on new cat ideas that just don't work.

Great idea, but unfortunately neither of my cats were interested in anything except the cat nip after chewing the packaging open !

I found inventor cat to be very diligent and extremely responsive with their customer support. My cat hi jacked the wand and ate through it. I was concerned about how much was missing ( it wasn't much) but without prompting I was supplied with a replacement free of charge. My cat has lived to tell the tale. The wand is now on that list of things to be stowed out of his reach.

The yellow wand attachment broke before I even had a chance to try it with my cat. The wand is cheap bad quality rubbish. The only things in the set worth having is the toothpaste, feather toy and bag of catnip. I sent two emails and didn't get a reply so I started a PayPal dispute. Don't waste your money.

Great communication and cat seems happy with the product. Mainly the catnip.

A lot of money for what is effectively a toy. I followed the introduction technique, made no difference my cat has not bit this and is only interested in chasing it as a toy, it does work well as a toy, it is erratic in its movements, and the line is springy, but expensive for a toy.

Happy with the customer service. Despite a teething problem caused by PayPal, things were sorted out quickly and the cat goodies delivered.

Ordered the starter kit however the tooth paste was missing. Contacted the company to no response. Poor communication. The toothbrush itself is far too expensive for a very small piece of rubber which is incredibly difficult to fill due to it's small opening, also hard to clean. Will not be purchasing from this company again mainly due to poor customer service and not getting the product I paid for.

Far too expensive for what it is. Which is essentially a spikey bit of rubber, toothpaste (that my cats hate) and some fathers on a string.

The item broke on its second use. I've emailed the company to raise the issue but no response.

The 4 cats love the toothbrush, the toy, and the toothpaste. It's been very well received by the whole gang. Sadly, they took out the catnip before i got home due to the packaging but all in all everyone is happy. The rod is a little flimsier than I'd have liked but it's holding up so no complaints xxxx

Good service, can't get the cats to chew on the yellow piece, also it's tricky to fill and clean.

Cat was only interested in feather. Arrived as loose items in a plastic bag. Certainly not value for money - even if I'd been able to use it with my cat ( yes I did follow video guidelines)

It seems to be working! Product good, I got a small discount as the latest storm had damaged original packaging. Also had a discount code, every little helps. My cat appears to love this, I have to hide the wand brush as she plays with it, don't want to lose it. Catnip was taken by cat as I opened package! She chews away happily, not using wand yet as I am taking baby steps with her. She loves wands so don't think will be long in progressing. Came across this product by accident, as soon as I saw Dragons Den I looked for it. Came across company thankfully through a recommendation on a website. Would be good if company advertised on more platforms as it's a great product. Will be interesting to see what vet thinks of teeth on next visit. My cat is young, so no visible dental issues yet. Is enjoyable for us both, without trauma. For a cat who likes play, this works. Will keep an eye out to see if this new company brings out other products for cats in the future. I got the feather toy in my starter pack which she loves along with wand, toothpaste and "brush" attachment. Am happy with my purchase and is going well so far. Quick delivery with a few options to speed things up. What's not to like! Also handy videos and emails to help you along. Thanks for a great product!

My cat is not interested in it at all. Poor quality too and way overpriced
