Purchased a Citizen's Eco Drive watch listed as new. It came in a Citizen's box, but with no paperwork/guarantee. While it seemed new, it has consistently lost about ten minutes time every 2.5 weeks. Clearly a refurb or at end of battery life product. Super annoying, as it is past the return timeframe. Won't recommend this company.
Totally Rubbish please avoid at all costs brought a watch paid postage and then get a email I had to pay £53 duty charge what I was not told about then after paying it watch arrives and I tried it on and watch strap fell apart broke straight in half 😬😬
Emailed them and response I got was take it to jewellers get it fixed and if I send them a receipt of the charge they will refund me cost of repair
