Good service and efficiency.

Was okay at the job, but took a long time to receive the reports; and had to adjust them as well.

Unreliable report. The inventory clerk noted everything as being of a ‘good’ standard. Failed to mention that the kitchen was brand new and never used so I would have expected it to be graded ‘excellent’. However photos sent by my new tenants showed the rest of the house to be in dirty condition, totally contradicting their report.

Booked inventory Clark to do inventory for my one of the property for 22nd Nov 2024 for a 4 bed semi detached property. While booking all detailed were provided and price/quote was agreed. Just a day before inventory was scheduled; an email came with ann invoice stating that it’s a 5 bed property and it would be charged at higher fees. When I called up to the point of contact; reason given was that your property has two bathrooms so we’ll consider it as 5 bed instead of 4 bed. The person was very quick to say if you don’t want then we can cancel the booking. They knew the tenant is moving next day so I didn’t have any much choice and I’ll agree to this rip-off. I hung up saying no thank you for your rubbish service and arranged inventory at much lower price and a good quality of report from another company. I tried to make a complaint but no one bothered to call back. Never going to use such kind of company and I hope this review would help people to choose wisely. I hate to choose even one star for this unprofessional company but that’s the minimum allowed otherwise it’s negative 100 for sure.
Received below response from the company and you can read the tone to understand their behaviour. Completely unprofessional. It’s not about the price. They were utterly rude earlier and now too so glad that I have written the review and people can also see their response to the feedback. I’ll rest my case now and don’t expect any further clarifications. This review and their response are not going anywhere for everyone to read.
