Damaged with no replacement
I ordered a bottle of gin through Inverclyde. Their delivery company smashed the bottle and it never arrived. I’ve been emailing now for three weeks to try and get a replacement or refund but nothing has been done about it.

Price is good but delivery is slow
Price is good but delivery is slow. It says 3-5 business days. It is now 7th day but not receiving yet. It seems they only processed the delivery when I requested update.

Great customer support.
Inverclyde Gin was worth waiting for, an excellent gin, beautifully packaged .
On ordering it was stated I would receive an email to inform me of when my package was available to pick up, this did not happen,.However at the warehouse for collection, the staff were very friendly and helpful , apologised for inconvenience and misunderstanding.
