I started trading with Invest Ecapitals recently and was pleased with their selection of assets. However, the account opening process was a bit confusing, and I had to reach out to customer service for help. They were friendly and guided me through it, though, so it wasn't too big of an issue.
This company and the site is fraud! There is no legal information on the webpage. You get a phone contact that guides you through everything and asks for sending money via PayPal. Then the money seems to be in the webpage, but there is no possibility to change your data. Also no possibility to get your money back. After confronting the contact telling that we think it is fraud and we want to get our money back, the number was deleted. The contacts are gone. The money is of course also gone. And since the account was created we get strange calls that someone wants to send us money that definitely doesn't even exist.
