I've purchased several luxury watches from authorized dealers in the past, and this was my first purchase of a pre-owned luxury timepiece. Condition of the watch was above & beyond what I was expecting - literally flawless. Jonas was very patient in answering all of my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. I purchased the watch in person and Jonas was generous with his time, even staying after hours and resized the watch multiple times to make sure it fit me perfectly.
