Patrick Grimes introduced us to a oil &…

Patrick Grimes introduced us to a oil & gas opportunity, painted a rosy picture mentioning that he has introduced so many clients to King Operating. The interest rates they promised are remotely close what is being given. Very poor execution, lack of transparency and they don't speak about divestitures. This is a brokering company which introduces to other companies on false promises. I would never trust InvestOnMainStreet.com and Patrick Grimes.

What's promised?
#1 - 100% tax write off of the investment
#2 - Low Av of 14% 2333$ monthly with target av of 21% $3500 per month
#3 - Multiple on Exist is 3.14x (200K investment returning 629K by 2025).

Right now they were giving 2% monthly returns and nothing in sight on the exit strategy.
