I recently had an unauthorized charge appear from Invia H M 7 8 N E fluege.de / Leipzig — I never booked any flights. My bank confirmed other customers have also reported fraud linked to this company.

I had to revoke the transaction and cancel my card. Be extremely cautious if you see any suspicious activity or unknown charges linked to fluege.de or Invia Flights.

I also warn others: never send copies of your card (especially both sides) to landlords or others — even if they pressure you.

Customer support at fluege.de was unreachable when I tried to clarify the charge. Stay safe and monitor your account closely.

We bought vacation through Invia due to slightly better price than buying directly the fligth and booking ourselves.

Save yourself a lot of trouble and don't use travel agency. The flight booking code we received for incorrect and had to spend a lot of time with the airline directly who was luckily more helpful than Invia

Instructions for flights and stay are very confusing, written in a combination of 3 languages. With no clear steps what needs to be done and what's the plan for pick-up.

Horrible experience ! Holidays ruined! We got our direct flight cancelled and were booked to fly to another city. This is not human for the money we paid for our original tickets were not reimbursed. We had to buy our flights back at our own expenses and until now i did not receive any response back to my reclamation. This people are hiding after steeling our money! this is just simply illegal what they do!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!

Intransparent and deceptive practices make this online flight booking platform one that I will never again have anything to do with. My advice to you is to make an appointment and go to a brick-and-mortar travel agency. There is a decent chance that you will find flights that are not only cheaper, but also include the ability to check-in luggage and cancelling a booking request without demanding that you pay their predatory fees.
