Invicta , not reliable !!!!

I put in an order for 5 watches and one watch case for gifts for my family. This was time so I was waiting patiently but still looking for delivery. After numerous weeks I looked it up , said things were back logged, waited some more. Called was told everything getting ready to be shipped. Waited some more looked up order and again it said delayed shipping. Then I looked at my entire order and it said cancelled. I called and was told oh no it’s being shipped. Invicta cancelled my order because they said my info wasn’t correct. The representative and I went over info all correct should have been no problem. Jessica Paul the supervisor was put on this , I called , left her messages for weeks and NEVER one reply. I called and was told they would place another order for me but not honor the sale prices so everything was either sold out or hundreds of dollars more . What a racket !!! I was left high and dry with no gifts for my husband, sons , and sons in law . Never will I do business with invicta again!!!!!!

Very slow shipping

I placed an order 10 days ago and still haven't received it. I called customer service to inquire about the order and they were very rude to me. They had no answer for when it would ship. The charged shipping insurance without my permission.

Invicta says 3-5 days processing…

The company advertises a processing time of 3–5 days; however, in practice, orders are taking closer to 10–15 days. Because these are business days, total delivery time can extend to nearly a month. This delay appears consistent regardless of order size.

Additionally, customer service response times are significantly prolonged. Reaching a representative requires an extended wait, and overall communication does not reflect an efficient order management process. While the company may consider its processing times acceptable, they do not align with reasonable customer expectations.

Due to these ongoing delays, I placed multiple watch orders then had to cancel them. Unfortunately, the extended processing and shipping times have made it difficult to accurately track shipments and confirm that all items were received. The lack of timely updates and clear communication has created uncertainty regarding order fulfillment.

Overall, the experience has raised concerns about operational efficiency, transparency, and reliability.

I am still waiting for an order I…

I am still waiting for an order I placed on October 13, 2025.
I contacted customer support to request a refund, but my request was denied under the claim that the order had already been prepared.

As of today, January 27, 2026, I still have not received the products. This means it has been over three months without delivery or a valid explanation.

A shipping delay of this length for a single order is completely unacceptable. The lack of transparency, combined with the refusal to issue a refund, raises serious concerns about this company’s business practices.

I am formally requesting either immediate delivery with tracking information or a full refund.

I ordered a watch for my son from Invicta and days later they canceled my order and now there are none of these watches left.
I ordered a watch for myself at the same time and it STILL IS PROCESSING !! !!!

Service was atrocious

Service was atrocious. Order 2 watches and the second to weeks took to be shipped. Communication was also on par with the bad logistics.... Thought it might be a glitch and ordered another watch.... took over a month just to have it ready for the courier to pick up. As much as I like their watches that was the last one I will buy from them. Bought the watch over a month ago and received the courier notification on the 24th Jan. Watch has not been received yet....

Please beware!!

Please beware!!! I ordered from here 2 weeks ago and paid extra money for the express 2 day shipping and my order still just says “processing” no explanation, got 1 AI response when I messaged them about it. Simply a scam offering 2 day shipping knowing good and well they’re not going to honor it, nor give you a refund for the extra spent on shipping!! I’ve now heard from several other people in different forums and chats that they advertise and sell watches that they don't even have in stock simply to take people’s money and leave them waiting with no explanation for sometimes months at a time! Also spoke with several people who waited several weeks or longer on their orders just to have this company cancel their order out of the blue while offering no explanation. I’m just aggravated because I liked the brand and have several of their watches, but I will never buy anything else from them. And I would advise anyone else to steer clear as well.
