I will be honest ! I'm very happy with the products and pricing. I have been for years. Shipping time is my only complaint. I tend to order elsewhere for this reason . I'm on a social group online. We all have experienced this.

Product arrived on time, watch looked better on my wrist, great looking design and quality at an affordable price.

Couldn't set the time. The minute hand was just floating around. I was on vacation when I received the watch and didn't try it right away.

Great price and the watch was better looking in person. Happy with my pick & purchase.

absolute trash the second time I try to order a watch was the same experience as the first time(sorry we are slightly delayed with your order)come to find out that within a week they have not even shipped the watch.(I know its my fault for giving them a second chance)DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY ARE USELESS.

Love the styles but the customer service is terrible and shipping takes forever. They charge your credit card as soon as you place order but may not ship for months. I have had to dispute the charges on my credit card as i am not going to pay for watches ordered a month earlier and not even shipped yet. BUYER BEWARE!!

I purchased 5 watches and a watch case from invicta.com. They were all very well priced and of great quality. They all were shipped separately once the watches were in stock. From the day I ordered my watches in July I received the entire order over a three week period with final delivery in August. Everything was well packed and protected from damage from the factory. I will definitely do business with INVICTA.COM again they are a reputable company who stands behind their product. Its hard to be believe you can get this kind of quality watch for such great low pricing people often think I have $1000 watches on

Shipping took forever. Customer service wasn’t helpful at all just kept telling me my items would be shipped. I ordered well before Fathers day and had to wait to give the watches as I didn’t receive until after Fathers day. I would never order from invicta again. Poor customer service and shipping was very delayed.

What a sham...took over a month to get watch..then it doesn't work..1,000 dollar watch..absolutely crap!! Should be ashamed of themselves for what they send ...don't be fooled by the sales prices!!! Go to ebay !!! Least you get a watch that works and doesn't come in the wrong box!! Scam artist!!!

I have to say i love the Invicta Watches Brand . I have many of there watches and been buying online in different stores for many years . So why am I leaving a 1 star review. Well here it is. I purchase a few watches on the 28th of June 2025 on the actual Invicta Watch website for the first time. As i wright these lines , the watches haven't been shiped ( 30th July ) . I communicated with the customer service at Invicta and always the same reply. Generic message saying that they have an over flow of oreders and will try to ship out as fast as possible. I sent back 2 email this week and no answer. The customer service is just 100% crap !!! So fo this issue , it will be the last orders I place at Invicta. If you can't stand by your advertising and deliver the marchandise , just don't advertise. If you have so much orders , hire staff to speed up delivery. CRAPY CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

I ordered from this company on June 30, July 9th I still don't even have a confirmation email. I asked for a order number. Nothing. This place is a piece of work.. im not sure if it for real. Ive called 5 times just asking for a order number.

Recently purchased a watch. It took over a month to be shipped and hassle to clear and still wasn’t satisfied with the size and it was also seems that the battery came dead. For the amount of money I spent I hoped for better

DO NOT BUY AN INVICTA!!
I purchased an Invicta Pro Diver 28689 on November of 2024 in the Cayman Islands. My new watch has never been in the water at all. The rotating bezel fell off after 5 months of wearing it socially. Invicta said that they is not covered under warranty. I also own a Bulova divers watch for 7 years and I have never had an issue with it. I repeat, DO NOT BUY AN INVICTA!!

When I clicked the site's "review purchase before submitting order" button, the site placed the order via Paypal, additionally adding unwanted charges to expedite the order and at the most expensive shipping rate possible. There is no customer service on weekends, so I emailed the CS address and contacted Paypal, which declined to help. On Monday I called CS and tried to cancel the order, which CS said wasn't possible (right!), and that I had to return the item when it was received. Oh, and MY COST for returning the unwanted, inappropriately ordered watch was $10! I transferred to a supervisor, who agreed to "waive the return fee as a courtesy." I immediately printed the label and dropped the watch off at UPS, which delivered it to IS straight away. After sitting at IS for six days, I hadn't heard a peep, so I called again and was told that the watch would be refunded by "next Tuesday," a further six days, and that I would have to check my Paypal account to confirm receipt, as Invicta Store wouldn't be sending any notifications.

More: At long last, the refund arrived -- without the agreed upon waived fee! I had to call back, get Supervisor Gloria on the phone AGAIN, and get her to put the refund through for the rest of my payment (which the site initially made, not me). After another week that refund arrived and I wiped out my Invicra Account and added the domain to my SPAM filter.

Invicta? You are dead to me. Buyer beware.

I love the watches but would NEVER buy one the invicta.com site ever again. It took 7 days to create a shipping label, 4 days to ship. Because it is coming from PR it is taking forever. It took 5 days to get out of PR and not it has been in the states 5 days and I still don’t have it! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
