I had my virtual consultation with josh today. He explained me everything and booked me for in-person 1st appointment.

Lily was absolutely lovely. 10/10 customer service, energy and overall consultation. She’s a credit to the company! Thank you for being so professional and kind and making me feel comfortable.

This has been one of the most customer-unfriendly experiences I have ever encountered, and unfortunately it is still ongoing. I started my Invisalign treatment in February and shortly afterwards experienced severe pain due to my tooth moving. When I tried to raise concerns that my wisdom tooth had moved, I struggled to get any response and was left feeling completely unsupported. The lack of communication, combined with the constant need to chase for updates, has caused me significant stress, anxiety and frustration throughout what should have been a straightforward treatment process.

After eventually receiving a rescan in May, I was repeatedly given conflicting information about the progress of my treatment. I was told my new aligners were delayed, then in transit, then delayed by customs, with no clear timeframe provided at any stage. Months later, I am still chasing for answers and trying to get clarity on the next steps. The only consistently helpful support I have received has been from the app support team via WhatsApp, who have repeatedly had to escalate concerns on my behalf because nobody else seemed willing to provide clear updates.

What is most concerning is the amount of contradictory information and misinformation I have been given. I was specifically told that once my aligners arrived, a fitting appointment would be arranged to ensure they fitted correctly around my wisdom tooth, and that an appointment would be created if necessary. I have now been told I can simply collect them instead. This completely contradicts what was previously agreed and demonstrates a failure to follow the agreed treatment process. Having paid £2,000, I expected professional care, clear communication and a customer-focused service. Instead, I have experienced delays, poor communication, broken commitments and unnecessary stress, with the matter still unresolved.

My experience are terrible...I'm waiting already for my Braces more than 2 months.... No-one contacted with me...I need to chase them...when I call them, they say got my Beaces long time but they,didn't call,me. When I told them I,will,come collect, I heard my braces are in,different place than supposed to deliver. I'm waiting already 6 weeks to transfer my braces from Islington in London to Acton in London... and still staff don't know where is my braces....customer service are not existing....they know how to advertise everything and charge money but if you need help they are useless....

I've just finished my inital 25 trays of aligners.
The results are better than when I started but very very far from perfect.
The dentist agreed, and I've paid for a refinement (£99) and not sure how many trays more it'll be.
To think I might need an extra refinment on top already makes IB4U almost financially undesirable compared to 🙂⚪️ who I first went initially but backed out (kind of regret that now).
Retainers after treatment will be £400, whitening is "free"... but my contract with 🙂⚪️ gave me retainers, and whitening all included when they did a discount deal.
All in all when you add up the total cost with IB4U, it feels like I've been duped believing I was getting a good deal.
Honestly just nervous for the rest of the treatment and losing faith at this point.

Went for my first appointment a few weeks back in the Leeds clinic. Was met by super friendly staff who walk you through everything very clearly. I’ve visited quite a few Invisalign providers but IB4U offers the most comprehensive package at the best price.

The Leeds IB4U staff were lovely and I couldn't believe that in one appointment they sorted everything out and my aligners will be here so soon. Really affordable payment plans. Absolutely recommend!

I came in a bit nervous after a bad experience with SmileDirectClub, but the team at InvisibleBraces4U Leeds completely changed my mind about clear aligners. I had a proper in‑person appointment with X‑rays, a full dental check and a 3D scan. Dr Omar was brilliant — calm, thorough and genuinely interested in making sure everything was healthy before starting Invisalign.

Lily walked me through the package and costs without any pressure. They explained attachments, IPR and refinements clearly, and it all felt like proper orthodontic care rather than a “post your teeth in the mail” situation.

I'm giving 4/5 stars for now as I've not started my treatment yet and the new Leeds clinic was a bit chaotic with renovation work taking place and the reception a bit unclear on the day due to staff sickness.

Everything was explained perfectly well to me at my first appointment which was to basically tell me how everything is going to be done and the process. Also explained the after process of what will be done once the whole procedure is completed. But yeah they made me feel comfortable throughout the whole thing couldn’t exactly complain with my experience
