Worst software ever, waiting for December so that software get expire and we can shift to salonist.

1st your sales person not picking the call after getting payment .false commitment done by you sales person.I ama facing some problem in system but there is no solution since last 10 days.really pathetic service by your team.there is no responsible person to solve client problem.

Hopeless software
I have never experience such pathetic service from any service provider. Its all good untill you are a potential client and you are yet to pay, they make 100s of commitments based on your requirements and how everything will be customized for you but once you pay, the top level management refuses to attend you and the customer care guys just keep on asking for more time.
