Poor Customer Service
We have been using Inv2go for a number of years now and have been very happy with their product, as most of these reviews will agree.
However their customer service has declined since we first started with them, so be aware of this when making your decision on which of these apps you chose.
We have been having problems with loading photos onto our invoices and estimates. They load sideways with a black bar on one side.
Have contacted Inv2go multiple times to resolve. They do not take the time to respond.
Poor customer service Inv2go.
Very disappointing.

The app crashes randomly and after…
The app crashes randomly and after you’ve just spent 30mins writing all a full description invoice with labour, materials and photos it will just get out of the app and wipe everything you’ve written. Happens regularly. Moving to a different accounting app

Mobility and simplicity of the program
What I like about invoice to go is mobility and simplicity of program. I've been using this program since 2017 and loved everything about it. I like that you can have record on your phone for over years.

This company is horrible
This company is horrible. I have not received my money from them. I invoiced a client, they paid the invoice. I received confirmation from invoice2go. Then I received an email asking for documentation of my business. I sent it at less 3 times. They continued to ask for the same documentation. They closed my account in 4 days. You can only communicate through chat,and email, and you get the same response. They said the funds will be returned to the client but wasn't. I hope this help someone, because I really needed that money. If you can help me PLEASE let me know what to do.....
