I want to give 1 star to this company…
I want to give 1 star to this company because I found them very unprofessional.
I was contacted by email from a girl (Zoe W.), very soon followed by a call, we spent almost one hour speaking about my experiences... people that I know... However, she became upset with me when I refused to tell her the names of other companies who I am in the interview process with. Finally, she asked me to make a report with examples from the skills requested for the position. I spent another hour of my time to send her everything on time. After that she disappeared. I have tried to call back her, but seems is always busy. And no one called me back again. I think it's unfair and unprofessional to act in this way.
I am a professional and I have wasted my time for nothing.
However, I have learned the lesson, and I have put their emails in the spam folder.
WARNING
WARNING - Do not apply for this company.
First of all, I have only given them one star due to there being no option for 0 stars. I have never been so disrespected or humiliated by a professional director (Jack) in my entire life.
I would strongly urge anyone who is considering applying here or using their services to STAY AWAY.
This company's staff / directors are more than happy to swear in a formal interview and undermine you to make sure you have no confidence in yourself or your abilities when leaving their office.
The embarrassment I felt was indescribable as the interview was carried out in front of the entire office with no privacy. If this isn't bad enough, I was also told my CV was not reviewed prior to the interview and it was very clear they had no intentions of giving me a fair chance after one look at me.
As a recruitment agency, I wouldn't have the confidence in knowing they would give candidates the best opportunity or the best service considering the way I was treated.
The interview ended with the director offering no formal goodbye, as he returned to his desk mid-way through the interview, leaving another member of staff to advise I was unsuccessful due to lack of experience - this was clear on my CV and they may have re-considered offering me an interview if they had been bothered to read it, which any other professional company would have done.
IN CONCLUSION: Awful company - blessing in disguise.
Be cautious when dealing with Involved Solutions
Please Note: This isn't a fake review. So be warned before you engage with these guys.
I have had many calls from these guys and each time they call, they are only interested in getting details (referee) of who I have reported to in previous roles. I normally decline anyways, but they don't give up without a fight. The mannerism at which they carry out this fishing expedition is very exploitative, unprofessional and appalling.
Just be very careful and cautious when dealing with Involved Solutions as many people can't be wrong saying the same thing about this agency.
Dodgy outfit - be worried.
As per previous reviewer, this organisation is a scam. You have automated 'recruitment consultants' emailing you. Bots scanning your CV for keywords and emailing you irrelevant jobs that don't match a) your location (100's of miles away) b) your salary expectations (10's of K off!), your requirement in terms of a role that matches what you're looking for if you were looking which leads me onto your status (I was last on the market 10 months ago). I emailed the so called recruitment consultant and demanded that under GDPR legislation they remove all my details from their systems and any affiliate system and what did I get next day? Another email from the same person. Natalia Avery? No such person exists. LinkedIn profile looks is some hot woman with sunglasses with the image background of some shabby room. Very suspect!. Look up company details, linked in profile, you can see everything is manufactured. I leave it there. This company will probably change its name someday or fix up its practices if it is lucky enough to become successful, but I would say, spamming peoples inboxes and harvesting email addresses is not the way forward in this day and age. Have a look at their reviews on glassdoor for employee satisfaction and you'll get an idea!
Just another recruitment agency, no reason to bother with them
The agency sends unsolicited mail if they get hold of your email address and they can't filter between candidates that are looking for perm opportunities and people in the contract market. Not worth bothering with the agency, so many other to choice from.
