I eventually got a response from INXITV…
I eventually got a response from INXITV after a week of no service and no response. The app has had a major revamp which is great. I wonder why the dead airwaves was not put on the website to warn of certain accounts that may be down. I was greeted after 7 days with heartfelt Apologies. My account was extended for 2 weeks to make up for the week long angst and loss of service. Thank you INXITV.

I have a problem
Fantastic app with generally good support. I lost connection in April 24. This was resolved in hours. I have again lost connection and have sent numerous WhatsApp requests. Day 2 of no service and no response.
