It took 6 months to receive 1 of 2 mirrors…
When the crate arrived with the second mirror, it was empty.
Reordered the mirror with a clock. I had to pay an additional $45 for the clock. Really? Good customer service would have waived the additional fee for delay after delay.
Four months later, the mirror arrived without a clock.
Ten months after purchase date, I have both mirrors but, no clock. Ridiculous!

AMAZING MIRROR ! Just remodeled bathroom and ordered two mirrors . Even though one had a defect on a switch they were absolutely fantastic with their service and sent me a new one even better . The quality is great . And made my bathroom pop. thank you !!!

Mirror arrived ahead of schedule. Quality of mirror is excellent. Beyond expectations. Anti-fog feature works amazingly. Would highly recommend.

Mirror is beautiful. Mine had to be custom made for the dimensions. It took a little longer than the advertised time to make/deliver but I love it!!

Love the mirror. I added additional gestures and All three light settings are bright, clock and temperature work great. It took a long time to get it because they said they lost our mirror and had to remake it. However, they gave me free shipping to make up for the inconvenience.

The mirror is super amazing, I ordered it for my teenage son’s bathroom and he loves it, the bluetooth is pretty cool, he listens to music when he showers which helps him to start his day with a good mood. The LED light create a nice ambience . I had to wait too long for the mirror to arrive but it was worth it.

The mirror is great! The light around the edge is bright, love it! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it took many months longer than anticipated for the delivery. Also, the hardware/screws were missing once delivered. But I was sent the correct screws about 1 month after I notified. Overall I’m very happy with the mirror!

The mirror came exactly as we ordered it, the set up was a little tricky with connecting to Wi-Fi, but got it connected and working just great

The mirror was shipped quickly and packed very well. The box arrived a little torn from shipping but thankfully mirror arrived in perfect condition. An electrician installed without any issues. I love it! I, also, have it on a wall switch so no need to keep touching it to turn it on.

We ordered 10 mirrors for my condo, and they all arrived in perfect condition without any damages. The delivery time was impressively fast, and we couldn't be happier with the purchase. These mirrors are truly beautiful and have added a touch of elegance to our home decor. The company's assistance in ensuring we received all 10 mirrors was commendable. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely order from them again!

Mirror showed up very damaged and I refused delivery. The box was not even viable, and without even opening anything I could see the mirror and damage to it. Unfortunate as I would like a new mirror and need it soon. Would love someone to contact me about this so we can get it rectified and get this right! I have several more to buy for my home renovation.

Ordered 3 mirrors. 1st took 6 months to receive. 2nd came in with lighting system not working and ZERO customer service. Call center refers you to send email and ZERO RESPONSE. 3rd mirror never came.

All of this over 6 months.

****update: They resolved by crediting back credit card for defective mirror and mirror lost is shipping.

We ordered 6 mirrors for our salon. Although, we had to practice patience on the delivery time… the mirrors have completely transformed our space. They are beautiful! They also really add to the work we are able to provide for our guests. The lighting is fantastic! The communication with the company was great. They helped in every way possible to make certain we received all 6 mirrors.

We have only recieved one mirror out of the eight we ordered last year.

There’s a long list of reasons this was one of the best experiences in customer service that I’ve encountered in fifty years.

One of my contractors hung an Inyouth and for one of many possible reasons, the mirror fell off of the wall and was destroyed. Needless to say, panic set in...when I thought I was out of options, Jean (InYouth Customer Service) came to my rescue! Jean was willing to move mountains to meet my satisfaction and left me in way better shape than how she found me!!!

The replacement mirror is THE center piece and demands more attention than the 6 figure wall-art that is hung across the room!

I’m so excited to have built a relationship with InYouth and look forward to doing business with them in the future!

This review might be a bit premature since the mirrors have just been installed. No issues yet with the functionality. Positive: Service team responded to questions in 24 hours. Delivery date promised was met. Reasonably priced. Negative: No
user manual.

It was generally OK up to the shipping. The shipping time took too long, was passed between carriers, and the mirror arrived broken. I'm anxious to see how long it takes to get a replacement.

06/21/23 Update - I've reduced my rating to one star as their customer service is virtually nonexistent. I've called and emailed without a response other than "I'll create a ticket and you'll receive a response within 24 to 48 hours." Of course the response doesn't come. I have serious doubts about the viability of InYouths and am beginning to think they're a scam. Thinking about contacting the California Attorney General's Office Consumer Fraud Division and reporting them.

07/03/23 The replacement mirror arrived on June 30, 2023, and it too was broken. Delivery was refused and it was returned to the carrier. Email sent to InYouths advising them of the second broken mirror and requesting full refund of purchase price. Email from InYouths received last night notifying me that I would be receiving a full refund to my credit card and to allow 1 to 3 days for it to process. I will update again IF the credit card refund is processed.
