Losses every single year
Similar experience to many other customers here. Loss of investment year after year, whereas the public presentation of Inyova suggests they are super successful with high returns. I have not had ANY returns in the past 3.5 years and have overall lost 12%. This is difficult to understand in the context of 2024 market developments and when compared to investment services.

Inyova - create your personalized portfolio
Inyova, a Swiss-based robo-advisor operational in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria, specializing in creating personalized investment portfolios with individual stocks. It selects about 30 to 40 stocks, aligned with your specified impact investment criteria. A unique feature of Inyova is the ability for customers to fine tune their portfolios by adding or removing specific stocks, providing a significant degree of personalization. This aspect, coupled with its advantageous cost-benefit ratio, distinguishes Inyova in the market. In contrast to many bank-managed funds, Inyova's maximum annual fees are competitively set at 1.2%, with a range from 0.6 to 1.2%. As a committed customer since 2019, I have entrusted approximately 20% of my investment portfolio to Inyova's expertise.

Lost money
I first invested 3000 CHF in 2019/2020, at first it went up to +15-20%, then it started going down; all of 2021, 2022, and 2023 I was in red, so I finally liquidated my account a few days ago, taking a loss of approx 10% (I had 2589 CHF left after 3-4 years; my only investment doing even worse than this is in crypto). You’d be much better off investing in S&P500
