This is lovely fibre water which does help …
I do like fibre water and it does help with good gut bacteria, etc. I like that there is no after taste like other flavoured waters. It's just good healthy ingredients.
The only problem i have with it is the cost is around £52 a month on subscription. More if not. As much as i do like it and feel the benefit.
I don't think i can justify this in a cost of living crisis where everything just keeps going up in price. Hence the 4 stars

Worth trying
I quite enjoyed it but I do think it’s a wee bit pricey for water albeit with the added fibre. I would definitely recommend it though. If you do the subscription it’s a bit cheaper.

Bottle of healthy goodness
I’ve had stomach problems for approximately ten years. Only been drinking this about six weeks & definitely noticed a difference in my gut health. It also has made me go to the toilet more which is very good as I hardly went!!! It’s very expensive IMHO but as I see it you can’t put a price on your health.

Great Customer Service
I placed my first order of io fibre water and received my order very quickly. There was a slight problem with my delivery but that was all sorted very fast too. The water itself is lovely. I've tried both flavours and have to say I like them both, was surprised to like the lemon & lime more than the strawberry. You definitely feel your belly bubbling after a few bottles of these. I prefer to have the water at room temperature as feel you get more of the flavour that way. The water is refreshing and doesn't leave any nasty taste in your mouth.
I even got a tote bag in my first order which is very handy for carrying the bottles to work and carrying them home from the shop when I've been topping up.
Great service and a lovely company to buy from.

I was hospitalised with gut and bowel…
I was hospitalised with gut and bowel issues and this would have a massive impact on my daily activities. I was in a lot of pain and really struggled with movement. This has all changed now that I drink a bottle of iofibrewater daily. Its been an absolute game changer for me. Regular movement, no more pain in my gut and I feel so much better within myself. The added bonus is that it tastes great too. 👍

Better gut health
I first read about io water on an Instagram post and I was intrigued so I went onto the io website to learn more. I do struggle to get enough fibre in my diet so this sounded a great idea at 20% per bottle. The company sounded genuine and the reviews were good too so I ordered my first case. It did take a while to notice the difference but I've stuck with it and I now subscribe which is cheaper...my gut is more regular than it has been for years and my general health has improved.

Life Changing
After being in hospital 3 times this year with diverticulitis and needing to up my fibre I started drinking fibrewater daily and it has helped me in so many ways.
I am less bloated, more regular and no longer constipated which is life changing in regard to helping with my diverticular symptoms.
Fibrewater is literally a miracle in a bottle for me and I wouldn't be without my 2 bottles a day now.

I love io fibre it's made such a difference in my life, I really struggle to hit my fibre goals and this has been a god send to help me reach them. The drink itself is really tasty my favourite being the strawberry.

Seen the 12 day challenge, read up on the product and was intrigued!
12 days later I have gradually improved my awful sleeping routine, lost over 1kg in weight and have better toilet trips than I did pre fibre water.
I will be continuing past the 12 day challenge and cannot wait to see the longer term benefits to my body, and sleep!

I am always looking for ways to improve my gut health and heard about IO Fibre water through an online review.
I ordered 12 bottles of the strawberry water to decide for myself whether there are any noticeable benefits.
It's a really quick source of fibre in to my diet without the high calorie intake.
Great flavour as well, not too sweet but sweet enough for me.
I have noticed an improvement In my gut health over the 12 days, I suffer from colitis and this can often lead to stomach cramps, bloating and loose stools and I have seen a noticeable improvement in these symptoms over the last 12 days.
If you are looking for ways to improve your gut health, I'd recommend that you give this a try.

My “miracle” water
My “miracle” water. I’m not a water drinker no matter how much I try to make it nicer to drink. When I found io that changed. The subtle flavours make it so much easier to drink and the health benefits are off the charts!! Does exactly what it says on the bottle!
First of all I really enjoyed both the lemon&lime and the strawberry flavours, they were really flavoursome and refreshing. I noticed an almost immediate improvement in gut health after only a few days of drinking a bottle a day. I have a sensitive stomach and with changing job recently into a different environment where toilets are not easily accessible for long periods. ió fibrewater has definitely done exactly what it says on the bottle and improved my gut health meaning I can work without worry of being caught short or crippling stomach pains.
Would definitely recommend!!!!

Love fibre water for me and my kids! Apart from milk and water, this is the only drink my kids are given on a daily basis. I also love the taste of the drink, not too sweet as you find with most flavoured water on the market.
