Lovely insulted coffee mug
The product arrived promptly. The insulated bottle is as described. It's comfortable to hold and coffee has stayed hot( I haven't left it longer than 2 hrs yet). Its easy to clean and I like the fact I csn get replacement parts.

Doesn’t keep drinks cold, and leaks!
Unfortunately these bottles have not lived up to the hype. Doesn’t keep drinks cold at all, so you try to mitigate this but putting colder liquid in, then the outside condensates making it slippy to hold and leaves puddles of condensation wherever you put it down. I’ve also had a couple of instances where one of them has leaked. Feel like I’ve wasted money and I bought two 1litre bottles so not a small amount of money. I have emailed customer services but not received a response yet. Considering contacting my credit card company and initiating a chargeback as these are just not leakproof and therefore not as advertised.

Great design
The bottle was delivered quickly. There is a great selection of designs ( my grandson loved the robot design). It is easy to clean. We initially had difficulty opening it but now have no problems.

Ordered 2 of the school approved…
Ordered 2 of the school approved bottles and they arrived quickly. 4 year old grandson that never wants to drink from any cup absolutely loves his bottle. They are great , strong and definitely don’t leak. Will be ordering more in the future. Bought them when the free offer was on and my daughter loves hers too.

Good quality bottle. Very happy they sell the silicone parts for spares. My kid drops his bottle often so we had to replace it, this time bought a carrier pouch, lets hope it will be safer in a cross-body carrier.
