Lovely designs on the bottles
Lovely designs on the bottles, 100% leakproof - the sling is also brilliant my daughter can look after her own bottle and fits really well.
The customer service was also great Inah kept me updated when I was having delivery issues.

Ion8 for everyone in the family!
I recently bought the insulated steel travel mug for myself and a kids stainless steel water bottle for my daughter. I also got a deal to get a 750ml water bottle free when you spend £30. Absolutely love Ion8 bottles for the triple lock lids, ease of cleaning and loop handles for carrying. The variety as well in colour, patterns and types of material the bottles are made in is wonderful. Finally the durability when it comes to the kids bottles being dropped and they haven’t dented or been scratched at all so far!

Had 2 large and 1 small bottle for the kids, they all leak, all from the same small hole behind the spout, its strange how on here and reddit there are tons of people saying they are'nt leakproof yet on instagram every comment says they're amazing. Clearly deleting comments to make it seem they're better than they are.

I'm really surprised and disappointed
I'm really surprised and disappointed. Bought a week ago with 2 working days delivery. Just seems the company hasn't dispatched yet. Over a week later. Tried to fill in an online form and no one replied. Then tried a few days later the online chat, but it's all AI and you can't talk to a human. Just impossible to find out if my order will come and how to get a refund. Ordered in advance of my kids starting school and the bottles didn't come. At the moment, I'd recommend avoiding. I will update if there's a resolution to the issue. At the moment all I can do is await someone from ion8 to email me (so far day 3 of waiting for a reply)
Further update. I got an email saying that maybe one of the items I ordered was out of stock. But no reply to that email when I asked either for a change of item or refund. Strange that no communication about lack of stock etc until I really pressed. Proving very hard to get refund.

Ordered 27/08/2026 and it has still not arrived! I sent a email to customer service that tried to say it takes longer because of the engraving which is a absolute joke.. because it says it had been shipped since 1st of September so why have I still not received it and on royal mail it still says waiting for parcel? I ordered it just for my daughter so she has it for when she starts school.. but what a shame. Wouldn’t order from them again.

Delivered on time
Delivered on time, I bought the 720ltr urban bottle for long journeys in my car, and it fits perfect in the cup holder.
The build quality is really good, I'm going to be driving 260 miles in a few day's so hopefully will keep my drink cool for the whole journey.
P.s I ordered the 360ltr bottle today and arriving tomorrow, it's that good.
