I placed an order late one night and the next morning I attempted to make a small change to my order via email. The response was very quick and my order was changed per my request. Very happy with the quick customer service.

I purchased the ion pro for me and the original for my wife. I had a little issue with the paint on my pro, so I contacted customer service. They got back to me right away.
The customer service was excellent. They were willing to take care of the issue. I could not ask for better customer service.
ION Bottle water taste great. I typically don't make reviews but they did a good job.
I actually upgraded to the ATOM now.

This is a great product well worth the purchase. More importantly, IonBottle stands behind their product. I used my Pro bottle 4-5 times per day almost daily for the past year and it performed flawlessly. Recently, I encountered an issue with the bottle not energizing, and after some failed troubleshooting attempts IonBottles offered to replace the bottle at no-charge. This was unexpected because I was just outside the warranty period. They went above and beyond. Businesses that back the consumer and their product like this are the ones you want to buy from. You’re making the right choice, buy their bottles.

I can't express enough how great this product is and the health benefits I'm getting in return. I had an issue with my pro water bottle that needed to be replaced. Franz and the ion bottles team worked on my issue right away. They did everything to help resolve my issue right away. When you have a great product and top that with great customer service, this just makes this product top notch!! If you want a product that's going to give you great health benefits and has a team that wants their customers satisfied!! Then ion bottles should be your choice!! Thank you again Franz!!

I purchased the ION Pitcher last year and have been using to refill my daily water bottle. It has worked well, as advertised.

Then, I broke the glass part of the pitcher. I reached out to Franz B. and he processed a replacement order for me. The cost was for the shipping (about $18) and ION replaced the pitcher at no cost to me.

This is what supporting a great product looks like in 2025! Well done ION!!

I ordered 2 ion bottles with sleeves a few months ago. They were delivered promptly & functioned exactly as described. The hydrogen water produced is smooth & refreshing. I drink 4-6 bottles every day. I purchased a 3rd bottle & sleeve as a Christmas gift. It arrived promptly, but as can happen, it did not function as expected. I emailed the company with a video of the issue & within a couple days was notified they were sending a replacement! I love their quality products and integrity of their customer service, a winning combination that serves their customers well.

I had a positive experience when I contacted them for assistance. They responded quickly and followed up with a second email, assigning a technician for support. The technician provided clear instructions on the next steps to resolve my issue.

I received my ion bottle but for some reason the seal started coming off the bottom of the bottle. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement bottle and told me not to worry about sending back the defective one. They’re a very nice company to do business with.

I am extremely upset as I did not receive my ion bottle yet. I had to pay $150 for it. I recently just had to move and start a new job so $150 is a lot of money and I would appreciate a refund, but customer service has not been helpful at all whatsoever. At this point, I do not want anything from Ion Bottles except a refund!

I recently purchased two bottles costing $300 AUD, believing they were made by a reputable U.S. company, as the website was very professional and inviting. However, I was shocked to find that the bottles I received were not directly from the U.S., but instead shipped from a warehouse in China. The company claimed this would "save time," but in reality, it took nearly a month to arrive.

To make matters worse, the smell from the bottles is unbearable, and I can't seem to escape it, no matter how many times I wash it, making the whole experience even more disappointing.

I feel completely misled and scammed. The webpage made it seem like I was purchasing from a legitimate, high-quality source, with research, scientific studies etc, but the reality is far from it. I will never buy from this company again and strongly advise others to be cautious before making a purchase.

A very frustrating experience overall.

We recently started having issues with our hydrogen bottle battery not holding a charge. I reached out and Franz was very helpful, quick to respond and friendly. They are sending me a replacement, free of charge. Thank you Franz for your excellent customer service and for resolving our issue so quickly. Service like this will keep us a customer for life!

I've always had great customer service experience. Prompt responses, any delay in response was usually on my end because the email would go into junk folder for no reason or I didn't check the email for a couple of days.

Horrible company. Bottle didn't work properly. Counted down at three minutes running time instead the of the five or ten minutes in the instructions. Hardly any hydrogen bubbles, and water smells like chlorine, even though chlorine-free water runs in it. No refund or an address to ship it back to, as their refund portal is disabled. Franz and Angelikah are just the owners masquerading as customer service people. No chance of a refund or a replacement Never do business with these jerks.

I have had an exceptional experience! I received my bottle extremely quickly, even with Canada Post on strike. I am loving my bottle - I already feel more energized. I can't wait to see the positive changes!
