Ordered an Iphone 17 Pro via Bol.com on…

Ordered an Iphone 17 Pro via Bol.com on the 26th September. The delivery was postponed from the 8th October until the 17th, but I still have no phone and no body can give me an answer as to where it is. Bol are very friendly, but Ion e-commerce don't even answer their phone calls anymore. I still have no phone and the payment was done.
