I was contacted quickly
I was contacted quickly, payment secured easily, follow up invoice was prompt.
I also received follow up emails quite quickly in response to my query about a discrepancy between payment and invoice- this was rectified as soon as the error was confirmed

A nighmare with customs- not worthy
I bought the product from Spain and thought that since it costs less than 150 euros I wouldn't have to deal with customs, but even though the price of 1 L of iongut is 90 euros, I have had a nightmare with customs and have ended up paying more in customs fees than the cost of the product. I also can't trust that I can safely take the supplement since they don't inform you how it has been inspected and handled at customs (has it been irradiated...?). It's not worth buying it in the UK if you live outside the UK. It's a shame that you can't buy this product in Europe because I have tried it before and it really helps with gut issues.
