Great support!
I reached the service today with a relatively simple request, however what impressed me was not that I found the answer and assistance I was looking for, but the fact that despite me reaching the wrong line of support, the French one while I am an English speaker, the representative did his very best to assist me in order not to waste my time with transferring my call, and on top, he even made an upsell. All that while being very patient and kind...it's why I value human assistance vs AI. Thank you.
