Both Lisa Starr and Kay Degasa were SUPER!

Both Lisa Starr and Kay Degasa were EXTREMELY helpful in dealing with my acuri.net editor problem. They are both valued people for IONOS and were able to assist me with my problem. I have been with IONOS a long time. I was 1and1 user since the 1980s. Given the complexity of today, both women were very timely, professional, and certainly helpful.
