Personal Qualities
What I would specially like to emphasize, apart from a clear navigation on the professional pages is the helpfulness of the people you actually get to talk to.
Whilst many other Suppliers and Ailrines (!) move on to cost cutting through employing some remote call center with mediocre language skills, Ionos has what it takes to make a difference!

Error when registering an account
Actually I came to try IONOS as a backup location for my company infra, impressed by their service offering, fair pricing and good documentation.
But I faced an issue at unexpected step - entering company details! The system said "some of your details are incorrect", but didn't say what exactly. After trying a few combination of address and postcode without luck, I contacted their Sales, who said "we don't know what's wrong and cannot do anything with that".
I would be happy to rate IONOS much higher, but couldn't.
Team, you need to do something with your onboarding process...
Latest update: I was contacted by onboarding team, all questions were answered and we got help with IONOS features

Literal scam, read below
They have 0 support agents, the agent that is assigned to me, doesn't answer the calls for days, when i try to schedule a callback the website shows an error and says "try again later" for over a week, they have no support email, they have no live chat so good luck trying to contact support.
I canceled my contract and they still want to charge me, and then a week later they send me an email saying if i don't pay for the services that "i dont use" they will send it to the debt collection to take my money.
THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTE SHIT!!!

IONOS renewed my subscription for an…
IONOS renewed my subscription for an entire year without my consent, even though I had already canceled it after testing the tool for an hour. Their support was unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue. The platform itself is poor and not worth the money. It feels like IONOS relies on hidden contract rules to trap customers instead of offering real value.
