All marketing! Products feel like grocery store quality, nothing special!
Also customer service they never sent one of my products, no one reached out, weeks went by and I reached out, they said oh it’s out of stock, so I waited over a month and after the date they said it would arrive and still no product, no message from the company I had to be refunded and they were not kind about it!
I tried a few of there other products and was not impressed!

I am begrudgingly giving them 5 stars. It can be frustrating dealing with them because they are always sold out and my last order took a month to get delivered. The 5 stars is because their serum is literally the only thing I have ever tried that helps my skin feel legitimately smooth and tighter. I am 52 so I have started getting wrinkly on my forearms and tricep area. The product is magic. Just be warned that it can be annoyingly hard to buy.

Seems to be a good company with good customer service. I purchased The Superlift Duo and the Supercloud Body Serum two times, I used these products until I ran out (4-5 months). While I liked how the products felt going on my skin and shortly thereafter, none of these products help lift or improve my crepey skin. My skin felt dry about 30-60 minutes after application. Also to provide some information about my situation. I eat 95% whole foods and take care of myself and as a starting point my skin wasn't in the worst shape. I was hopeful I would see some positive changes but, for me, again no improvements were realized.
